المدخل غير جيد

The location is in a prominent place. All amenities were within stone throw distance. Two Mohammeds, Kareem, Saad were very friendly and helpful.

It is better to mention what is free. For example when water was asked after a week one Mr.Ibrahim (at the reception) said only on first day and we need to buy water from shop (The conversation was as usual through google translator). On enquiring with the manager in the mobile number shared, she was kind enough to arrange and it followed regularly for rest of the day. There is no nameboard and it is difficult to find the hotel. In fact after staying on 13th Jan (Saturday), on 14th Jan (Sunday) using google map reached the hotel and couldn't fine :-). Enquired with a shop opposite to find the hotel...ha ha ha.

مكان جميل ونظيف مدخل العماره سيء جداً الشحاذين الي تحت العماره مافيه استقبال تحت الدرج بس الغرف نظيفه والسرير متعب شوي والمخدات غير مريحه الي يحب الازعاج وازحمه يسكن

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Bei uns im Zimmer war kein Föhn, hier hat uns sofort Mohamed Ali weitergeholfen und einen Föhn gebracht. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und sauber. Top Lage. The staff were very helpful. There was no hairdryer in our room, Mohamed Ali helped us immediately and brought us a hairdryer. The room was very modern and clean. Location is great.

Das Gebäude wird noch renoviert (die anderen Stockwerke). Durch die zentrale Lage hört man den Straßenlärm. Auf den ersten Blick hätten wir ein Eingang nicht erkannt, da wir kein Schild gesehen haben. The building is still being renovated (the other floors). Due to the central location you can hear the street noise. At first glance we would not have recognized an entrance as we did not see a sign.

We want to say a special thanks to Saad. He had given us many helps, he speak English fluently. Extremely friendly.
