What an amazing house, so clean and stylish.

Delightful, ultra-tasteful cottage just a stone’s throw from the Cathedral. Squashy velvet sofa, well-equipped kitchen and free parking outside!

Beautiful home.

It was exceptionally clean, and is really well named, as it is beautifully stylish (some really unusual artwork/pieces). Wonderfully smelling bedding! Outside space is great, some nice plants, south facing i think, as it was lovely and sunny, with locked storage for bikes etc. Parked right outside the house- residential area, so no restrictions. 5 minute walk to the start/end of Bailgate, so location is good (does involve Steep Hill) but i noticed there was a circular bus which stops on the main road, so walk down, bus back would be an option. Very quiet area. Everything I needed was in the house, and all very new. Great wifi connectivity. Bathroom was really nice!! Would really recommend, it's a house which the owners have taken a lot of trouble to make so nice, and deserves to be appreciated and enjoyed.

Very very minor points. No ice box in fridge tv channels didn't seem to be tuned in, but I watched through iplayer etc. (really good tv, with lots of built in apps).

no bannister on stairs and TV difficult to use but wasn’t really a problem as were out most of the time

I stayed here with my two teenagers whilst visiting family in the area. Parking is on-street but we had no problem in finding a space. The property is beautifully furnished, absolutely spotless and had everything we needed additionally there is a lovely back yard for enjoying a cup of coffee in the sunshine (we were lucky enough to have great weather during our stay). It is a few minutes walk to the stunning uphill area of Lincoln where there is plenty to see and do, places to eat and drink etc. There is a huge Tesco's within 5 minute drive, as well as Aldi and various other supermarkets etc. This is the second property of Tim and Rosita's that we have stayed in and we would happily return to either.
