Very lovely place with kind and friendly people. Great location. The room was clean, as part of the room is also balcony, where you can relax. You can also rent a scooter from the owner. We recommend this place.

You can rent a bike in good condition, access to the apartments around the clock, the rooms have all the amenities. Definitely the best place in Tangalle.

The balcony and the garden

We arrived late and the first thing the owner did was to ask if we wanted to order breakfasts for the following morning and handed us over the price list. Business first. Food prices were very high for Sri Lankan standards. The internet was very slow. !

Really nice accomodation - so far, i regret i did not take my laptop and work remotly from this place. Clean, comfortable, huge balcony and the host is really nice and helpful.

One of the best value for money guesthouses we've stayed at in Sri Lanka. The bedroom and bathroom were large and very comfortable and clean. The addition of a kitchen lounge area and balcony made this feel like a home away from home. The hosts were also very accommodating.

so far it was the best accommodation we stayed at. it looked very new and everything was totally clean. the aircondition worked perfectly and you even have a little kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom perfectly clean. Also the house owner and his wife were really nice and they offered nice breakfast. They gave us very good tips and he allowed us to check out later than usually. It’s not directly in the city but this was actually the best part because you were so close to the silence beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches in this area!

For me it is most underrated place you can find in Tangalle. To be exact 2km from Tangalle. U are across most beautiful beach in this area - Silent Beach. The owners are very friendly and helpful. U can rent scooter from them as well. The room is spacious and very clean. U have not 1 but 2 balconies. This is the place to switch off the mobile and Just enjoy the pure nature. Everyday u can order delicious breakfast or dinner from the owners - they will prepare whatever u like and are flexible about meal hours😁highly recommend. Hidden gem in Tangalle.

Another great stay! The room was spacious and clean. The family are soo kind and welcoming. It’s a short walk from silent beach which is by far the best beach in sri lanka! (The signal from my experience on the beach was bad) The wifi at the hotel was great and consistent! I enjoyed my stay and it was super quiet after 10pm so a great hotel if you sleep early like me.

Host is very helpful towards your needs and expectations. The common kitchen of the house is very useful. You can reach Silent Beach, which is the most beautiful beach in the region, in just 7 minutes by walking. We are very satisfied and if we come to this area again, our home would be Tanzanite Place.

Within a walking distance from the most beautiful beaches in Sri Lanka, clean rooms, tasteful breakfast and the nicest and the most helpful owners you can imagine. Highly recommended.

The main road is a bit noisey.

Freshly built place. Very new. Super affordable. You usually can’t find such a good room for that price. Clean and comfy. Owner was very nice and even asked whether I needed a late checkout. He even prepared a Delicious Sri Lankan dinner.
