المكان بعيد عند وسط دبي بس يستاهل المشوار بصراحه للاطفال مره انبسطوا اولادي وراح اكرر الاقامه مره ثانيه ان أشاء الله كل شي رائع الغرفه والنشاطات للاطفال و موشن جيت رائعه والملاهي المائية

الحر كان شديد عشان الصيف افضل وقت بزيارتها الربيع يكون الجو معتدل الاكل غالي شويتين

We really liked - 1. the room & the way it’s built for the kids. 2. The reception play area with Lego and the staff there was so sweet with kids. 3. bingo was fun!

Nothing at all for the parents to do. The reception staff was so unbothered and unhelpful in the morning. The evening staff was very good. The food wasn’t upto the price we paid for dinner and breakfast. It was disappointing for vegetarians. The legoland park was also not worth the price or hype, it was very small for a 9 yr old to enjoy.

Actually, it is a perfect place for kids The reception manager did his best to please us as much as possible Thanks to him.

Too far no supermarket close dirty towels very smelly corridors and rooms lobby soft-play area is never cleaned the workshop class are never open for children the toyshop don’t give you any bag to carry your shopping you have to buy fancy bags .. not paper nor plastic bags available. The soap the shampoo the whole toilettes are cheap bad quality. A very disgusting level although the price is high no quality service at all check it took ages check out is earlier than any other hotel I have ever stayed at

Good breakfast and dinner buffets, location is good near all the parks Really great themed rooms, staff overall friendly and helpful ,especially at the in hotel ticket counter Kids really love the rooms, play area at the entrance and in-room activities, movie night and even the corridors Dinner buffet good

The check in process - staff were a bit rushed and not very forthcoming with information about the resort in general. Had to wait at least an hour and called twice to get our stuff sent to the room at check in. Bedding a bit dirty but housekeeping changed straight away. Was trying to call before checking in and contact hotel via booking and on the phone to see if I can upgrade and received no reply - never had an experience before where the hotel doesn't pick up the phone. Quite overpriced for the star rating and overall service (during Eid break priced like a 5 star hotel).

Lego theme all over the place. Kids loved it.

It is a bit expensive. And the entrance to Legoland is limited to one day in case of overnight stay. They should make it two days.

Plenty fun areas for the kids, inside the hotel but also outside. Tickets to the parks are included.

The food is not european/kids friendly. Too spicy for us and the food is refrigerated and not healthy.

Le ragazze alle reception sono scortesi e non fanno bene il loro lavoro.. Abbiamo avuto un problema che potevano subito risolvere siamo stati 3 ore ad aspettare fino alla 6 della sera.. .. Non torneremo mai più..

موظفين مطعم اللوبي مالهم خلق خذو علي مبلغ اضافي غير المعلن في بوكنق اتوقع ضريبه بس احرصو ع تعقيم الاطفال لان بنتي جاها تسمم او نزله اتوقع عدوه او من مطعم خارج وقريب من مدن الالعاب مطعم لبناني نظام بوفيه طلبت رز وطاوق وبعدها ترجع والم البطن ومابي اظلمه لكن ياعدوه من الالعاب يا من المطعم

Facilities for children are great. Hotel personnel very kind nad help-full.

It was too cold in the lobby/room and in the eating area I could not get a small metal spoon.

سرعة توفير الغرفة … وفندق انصح فيه للاطفال تحت 10 سنوات … واعطاء تذاكر اثناء فترة الاقامة لدخول الالعاب… وتجهيز الفندق للاطفال

مناسب للاطفال جدا فقط لاغير، قبل سنتين كان بوفية الافطار قليل نوعاً ما الان ممتاز

التأخير الغير مبرر عند عمل حجز الدخول والموظفين يقومون باجراءات الخول بسرعه بطيئة غير متصوره

Kids enjoy it

Not clean. Bed sheets have hair and bugs. Bathroom not clean good. The restaurant food was awful! Not clean. I tried dinner and breakfast.

مكان يجمع كل شي ل عائله لديها اطفال …. البكج جميل و انصح دائما بعمل الابقزيد على التذاكر لان المكان يستحق التجربه للمره الاولى ولاكن في الزياره الثانيه اعمار اطفال ( 9 و 14) لا تتناسب معهم الليجو بارك. الاستقبال جميل جدا خصوصا الموظف احمد سأكرر الزياره

لا توجد صيدليه في الموقع …. الساعه 7 لا يوجد لديك خيارات في الموقع و يجب عليك التوجه خارج البارك ….. و هيه سلبيه و ايجابيه … حيث انك لو استيقظت مبكرا و استمتعت بالمكان فان لا تحتاج الخروج بعد الساعه 7 او 8

Wow This hotel is a dream for kids and family They make everything perfect

We liked everything in the hotel, starting from checking In process. They have provided us early check-in and upgraded room. Kids enjoyed alot in hotel as they felt like they were in the world of Lego. Everything was great. Definitely will go back again.
