Excellent bed & breakfast!

It was difficult to find on GPS due to construction.

I like the hospitality, home made breakfast, location. I feel like home at my best friend's. Thank you Diane and Larry!

Larry and Diana were superb hosts. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our entire stay. It was lovely chatting with them, and receiving tips for local dining/entertainment options. We also enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast options each day! Would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast if you're looking for a place to stay in Edmonton.

The hosts are really nice. The place is central, close to the famous mall. The beds are great. The house is tidy and comfy. Diana made tasty breakfast.

A true Bed and Breakfast, managed by a couple, Larry and Diana. The room was clean and comfortable with private bathroom (toilet and sink). The breakfast was exceptional with several choices. It’s the closest a visitor could stay to the West Edmonton Mall if that’s your interest. Diana actually did an emergency laundry for us as well. Larry carried our suitcases.

The breakfast was outstanding! A wonderful choice of hot meals cooked just for us. Fresh fruit, tasty food presented in a very pleasing manner. Delicious and filling! I didn't need to eat lunch :) The room and home were very clean, our hosts were friendly and welcoming.

The beds could use a memory foam, but we still slept very well all the same. Our hosts indicated that they are in the process of upgrading the mattresses.

The hosts are amazing! Humans and animals, I was delighted with the delicious breakfast Diana prepared, she even made the bread herself!

Everything about Dewberry House! The lovely couple was very accommodating and will go back here over and over again. Oh and I want to take our bed too! its sooo comfy for me and my fiance.

I am the first time in the city, my flight was delayed, I was met despite the late night. Very friendly hosts. Definitely recommend the place!

It was such an inviting and hospitable atmosphere as soon as I stepped through their door. They have the cutest pets 😍 who are so well behaved and loved. The location was perfect, I was only 10 minutes away from my destination. I had my own private room/upstairs as there were no other guests at this time and my room/bathroom was clean, I had a great sleep as the bed was comfy, room temperature was perfect,super quiet and I woke up to the smell of homemade bread!!! Breakfast was unreal, there menu was huge and all tasty options I struggled choosing just one thing so she customized a breakfast for me..poached eggs,fresh fruit and homemade toast. This was my first time staying in a B&B and it was the greatest experience, the Dewberry Homestay gets a 5 star from me!! Thank you again for everything :)

This is a perfect place to stay in Edmonton! The family is so kind. The rooms en bathroom are very clean and they have everything you need. In the morning they offer a wonderful breakfast. We even got a Christmas present.

Quiet, peaceful environment and good experience of staying. Hosts are very kindful and have lovely pets. If you like chatting with people and do not have cynophobia it is a very good option to visit.

Bed could be a little larger. It also makes some crunching sounds when I turned over. I was afraid that I am too much weight for it (actually not).

It's beyond my expectation!Very nice house!super clean,good location,super quiet!i slept like a baby!very comfortable!excellent breakfast!(with matching menu that you could choose and they will cook your breakfast whatever in the menu which includes fresh eggs,bacon,sausage,etc.and lots of fruits!)and on top of that Larry and wife were so kind and treated us like their family!it feels like we are in a 5 star hotel!I can't wait to come back and stay at your house again!definitely i will recommend to all my friends and family to stay in your airbnb!!thank you so much for spoiling us and for all the freebies!!!

The hosts offer a full menu of possible choices for breakfast. My favorite was two eggs with bacon or sausages, hash browns and toast. Everything is prepared the way you want it.

Nice neighbourhood, a cozy room, and very lovely people to talk to when you get a chance. Diana made exceptional breakfast, and it was a pleasure having them as hosts. I especially liked their pets, how clean everything was and how accommodating they were. :)
