Lovely and clean. Spacious

A nice base for a short stay in Hythe. We booked last minute to make the most of the nice weather and a beach trip. I stayed with my two children (8 and 12).
Bed was comfy. The sofa bed had a nice topper to add extra comfort too
The children were happy to play house for a night which was nice. Both neurodivergent and struggle with change and transitions so it's proof the accommodation was comfortable.
Tea and coffee options provided which was useful.
Instructions for access were clear and easy to follow. Lovely views of the sea.

The bedroom would have benefitted from a sink as the cloakroom toilet sink was very small to wash faces and brush teeth in but our stay was so short we worked around it.
The price of the property changed several times over the course of a few hours which was strange.
Dogs are allowed and it says extra charge may be applicable on the property profile. This was £20. I would have preferred to know the cost ahead of booking to be able to make an informed decision.
Steep hill to access the property which would prove difficult for those with limited mobility, fine for us with the car.

Spacious, the facilities are second to none. Every little detail has been thought out carefully. The views are stunning and lovely neighbours too.
My young son has additional needs, and he had plenty of space to move around with his frame.

Everything was perfectly clean and smelt really fresh, lovely bolt hole with the most amazing outlook. Plenty of space on the ground floor with a nice tv and seating and kitchen. Upstairs very nice size comfortable bed and a large shower area.
Frying pan not very nonstick & cutlery was a bit flimsy manage to break a knife trying to butter a crumpet oops sorry.

The view was mesmerising, peaceful environment, it was truly sureal, we felt like in some wonderland and were able to switch off from busy city life completely

Close to the Eurotunnel
Firstly we were never informed how to enter the property and despite calls/emails never heard from the owner

the property had a great location with its own private parking space , the property was a delight to stay and the host was lovely , the sea view was amazing , I’d definitely stay again

The View was amazing exactly what ww needed for our break away with the little one!
In all honesty it was perfect but If I had to find something the grass needed to be trimmed at the back and the shower can be hotter but I am trying my hardest as it wasn't really a problem.

View amazing. Very clean. Tastefully furnished. Comfortable. Good bed. Private parking outside. Private garden available. We were only there one night. Kitchen well enough equipped though not sure there was a coffee maker (check with host).

very cosy, nice and open living spaces, great attention to detail with the decor. Main bed was very comfortable and pull out bed was ideal too for when I started snoring. Beautiful views across the coast.

We enjoyed staying for one night; however, while very good use of the limited space has been made, for us personally stays of over 2 or 3 days might be a challenge, particularly the lack of a bathroom.

Location and veiw
Cobwebs and spiders, dusty shelves,
Very uncomfortable tiny sofa, Cold downstairs even with heating on, kettle had huge amount of limescale, uncomfortable bed, Too soft. The toilet is under the stairs in the living room/kitchen next to the oven/hob. The shower is upstairs behind the bed with no extraction. No hanging space for clothes
Basically it's a converted garage with very low ceiling in the bedroom and staircase. . Not a great experience and we left after the first night and booked a hotel for the rest of the stay.
