Zeer prettige ontvangst. Locatie super, je zit er lopend zo in het centrum. Prettige sfeer. We gingen naar de musical 'de Tocht' wat met 15 minuten met de auto rijden was. Top dus.

Sfeervolle en ruime kamer met heerlijke bedden op een zeer centrale plek in Leeuwarden met parkeergelegenheid.

Prachtige ruime kamer, sfeervol ingericht, mooie lambrisering, aan alles gedacht. Goed en groot bed, Koffie/ thee apparaat, koelkastje, kluisje, grote kledingkast. Tafel om aan te lezen, grote comfortabele bank. Kortom luxe sfeervolle kamer. Parkeren op afgesloten eigen terrein. Binnenkomst met code. Gaat heel goed. Heel goed ontbijt in het Grand Cafe Post Plaza Hotel (ligt op 3 minuten lopen). Ligging in centrum, restaurantje, cafés en winkels, alles is te voet dichtbij. Ongeveer 10-15 minuten met de auto rijden naar het Frisotheater (de Tocht)

Kamer is erg donker ondanks dat er voldoende lichtpunten zijn. De kamer is helemaal donker geschilderd, ook het plafond. Dit geeft een wat sombere sfeer. Graag zou ik boven de tafel een lamp met grotere capaciteit willen hebben.

Prachtige historische gebouw op unieke lokatie midden in het centrum van Leeuwarden.

Mooi historisch pand, daar houden wij van en daar hadden we deze locatie voor gekozen. Bovendien een grote kamer met een tafel zodat we ons werk konden doen.

De douche is aan de kleine kant.

Lekker centraal in Leeuwarden en met afgesloten parkeerplaats.

Geweldige locatie, prachtige (schone) kamer op een ideale plek in het centrum. De eigenaar is echt heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hadden een lekke band met de auto, de eigenaar heeft me naar de bandenboer gebracht met mijn wiel om hem te plakken en kwam me weer ophalen. Echt een top service!

Je moet een klein stukje lopen naar het ontbijt net buiten de deur. Niet echt een probleem, maar je moet je er even op instellen. Wel goed geregeld en lekker.

Excellent hosts. Fantastic location right on the edge of the old town centre. Wonderful and free parking with easy access. Best bed in Europe so far. Nice to have a supersized bed with a single duvet instead of the normal two miniature duvets that are so common these days in Europe. Excellent WiFi that was strong and reliable at about 55 mb/s. Although no breakfast is offered in house there is a small fridge and utensils available so we had our own fresh fruits, yoghurt etc then went to many of the close by cafes if we wanted a cooked breakfast. Room size is very good. Beautiful old town with lots of history and shops, restaurants etc. Could have stayed a lot longer. The car park has electric car charger. The room was quite and had excellent black out curtains but we slept in a little too late each day. Excellent storage space to fully unpack. This place is highly recommended.

Hard not to like everything so the following comments are personal choices only and not really issues. The room lighting was a bit dark for us but probably romantic for most. The bathroom needs either an effective shower curtain or a floor waste as the bathroom floor floods during a shower.

B&B De Olde Signorie is exceptional. It’s obvious that the owners, a delightful couple who live upstairs, take great pride in providing their guests with a first class experience. The renovation, furnishings, bedding, linens and everything else are all top quality. It shows that they really put a lot of thought into the accommodation, in term of electric outlets, room darkening and comfort. This is a first class accommodation. Of course, it does hurt that the location is right on the edge of town (but still quiet) and that Leeuwarden is a really beautiful city.

Very beautiful and comfortable room, just like on the pictures! Everything was very clean and spacious, we loved it! Included is breakfast in a nearby hotel and the food is amazing! The contact with the host was uncomplicated and very nice

The only issue (and reason why we had to deduct -1) is that the hallway is pretty loud. So when you have other guests coming back home in the middle of the night talking on the hallway they pretty much wake you up 10/10. Our suggestion is to have a silence rule outside your room from 11pm to 10am to ensure everyone who wants to have a proper sleep also can get it.

The room included the bed, a table for eating, easy chairs, the TV, and coffee maker, plus a frig. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Toilet & shower rooms were handy and private. The hosts were very friendly, and responsive to questions, help with laundry and everything we asked about... Highly recommended!

A lovely large property, with historic significance, situated in the middle of the town. Our room was huge, on the ground floor, with no negatives, a huge bed & excellent bathroom. Communication prior to our arrival by the hosts was excellent, with some essential directions which were definitely worth taking notice of as the name of the property is not displayed. Secure parking & within a short walk of bars/restaurants. The only negative of this was a bit of pedestrian noise after we went to bed but it is a busy town centre so no complaints, just an observation. The breakfast, taken in a cafe close-by, was outstanding, in a beautiful location.

We liked that it was spacious and comfortable, and it provided us to sit at a table as well as on a couch. It was close to the shopping centre, restaurants and all other facilities in the city. The staff were wonderful. They cared about our comfort and well being and were very pleasant to associate with.

Bizarre room configuration with bath and toilet outside main door to room and separated from hallway by a curtain. Too expensive for what you get. Period room design means the room is very dark

The room was large and beautiful with a nice bright bathroom. The breakfast just down the street was excellent. The two person staff was most welcoming.

It could,have had better lighting. And the shower could have drained better, with a sloping drain.
