I've visited SBA on countless occasions during my life to visit my grandparents who've lived there since the 50s. They are in their 90s now so this Thanksgiving, so we wouldn't overwhelm them with our kids (8 and 11), we stayed at this lovely home. This provided us a perfect basecamp for enjoying everything downtown SBA has to offer. In the mornings we'd walk to the beach and grab breakfast. For lunch we met up with my family at SBYC. For dinner we expanded the girls dining pallets at many of the restaurants on the beach and up State St. My wife and oldest daughter also spent a lot of time going up and down the shops of State Street while I preferred to sample the many offerings of the Funk Zone. We barely used our rental car! The house was great for a family of four and we even hosted a dinner with my extended family with plenty of room to spare. Onsite laundry was great given that the kids never met a beach they didn't get filthy on and here was no exception. The next time we return to SBA we're definitely hoping this home is available again.

We had some difficulty with code/key. Strongly urge coded door as other updated vrbos use. Otherwise this is a great property. Rooms excellent. Furnishings simple. Everything worked. Location is excellent. We could walk downtown. Funk zone. We would definitely stay here again.

The townhouse was as described, completely renovated, and like brand new. The house was meticulously, clean and well apportioned and decorated. The location is good a couple of blocks from the beach and close to all the activities at the Funk Zone.

We came to California for our niece’s wedding and extended our stay in Santa Barbara. This property was excellent and great proximity to the beach, the funk zone and state street.

Comfortable and clean stay. Bedding and bed was comfortable. Appreciate the complimentary bottle of wine! The towels were ripped and stained, recommend replacing the bath towels for better presentation.

We were in town with our adult kids to complete plans for daughter's upcoming wedding in SB. The property was clean and well stocked. Bedding and towels were good quality and comfortable. Having a parking space was helpful and the location was walkable to most everything we wanted to do.

Extremely clean and spacious. Beautifully and tastefully appointed. Good location, close to the harbor, though not the residential area we were expecting. free parking. Busy traffic on the street outside. Comfortable beds, and clean, well-equipped kitchen. Lots of space to sit, eat, etc. We would have liked two twin beds instead of the one double bed our two daughters had to share. One surprise was that we were asked to do the laundry for the towels before we left. That took time and added one more thing to do before checkout. Since checkout is at 11 and check in is at 4, that seems enough time for whoever washes the sheets to also wash the towels.

This townhome is a perfect spot for a SB vacation. Good spaces inside and out. The fireplace was much appreciated during our “blizzard” weekend and we enjoyed the kitchen window seat each morning. When needing a coffee pot replacement, Wanderlust was right on it and delivered a brand new one within an hour.

This place is very cute and has everything you need. It is walking distance from downtown, which is awesome.

Ideal location for a Santa Barbara getaway. Kitchen well appointed. Clean and updated house. Just a short walk to everything.

Spacious, clean property with great location near beach and heart of Santa Barbara. Near busy intersection so ingress and egress can be challenging. Had to search a bit for the lock box entry. Communication could be clearer on location. Not sure where a second car would park. Overall, a good fit for us.

Clean, contemporary and pleasingly comfy this rental has a wallkable location and nice high ceilings. the cozy dining banquette is a particular favorite. The sole drawback is some loud traffic during the busy hours, but overall a total winner.

Beautiful spacious property, fabulous location. Made for a wonderful trip to California.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable! The built in seating by the breakfast was a favorite spot for morning coffee and late night cards/board games: The fireplace was a welcome addition in the evening and the master bedroom suite was exceptjonal! Also very much appreciated the ability to walk into town for restaurants and to the beach for walks and bike rides. We would definitely recommend!!

Townhouse was as advertised. Clean and comfortable space perfect for 2 couples. Location was convenient, walking distance to beach, State street. Next to Amtrak station and on a busy street made it a little noisy but nothing too bad.

Great spot! Needs down/softer pillows. But that is it. They did a great job.
