We visit our family in Grand Junction each summer. We were so thankful to have a beautiful retreat to come
back to each evening. The house was immaculate and was located in a quiet neighborhood in a convenient location. It was equipped with absolutely everything we needed and more. The check-in process & communication with the owner was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay here! The property was just what we needed. Fully stocked for our needs. Communication and check in process were both easy. The place was clean but some things were left from the previous guest that must have been overlooked. This property is not walkable to anything but is located in a quiet neighborhood. Overall, our stay was wonderful.

This house was just perfect for the 6 of us. This included my wife and me, our son, daughter-in-law, and 2 grandchildren.Very new and very clean, this is a nice location not far off of I70. It is close to the airport, which was great for us since we attended the Airshow. It was also convenient for us to get to our other son's home using Road 29 going south.The owners thought of everything and we did not have to call to ask questions. The home is nicely furnished and well supplied. Truly one of the best stays we have ever had in a home away from home. Thank you

The place was immaculate. Modern but still cozy. Our family had a great time playing games, doing puzzles and watching CMU women’s soccer! Thank you and we will definitely stay again!

Great appointments, good neighborhood.
Just an FYI for the owner, the kitchen information listed a french press for coffee but there was not one in the cabinets or pantry. I would not use it, just wanted to be sure I was not charged for it.

Clean and comfortable, this home was perfect for our small group of coworkers attending a conference. The beds and pillows are great! Easy check in and a reasonable check-out task list. Well done!

House is well kept and stocked with essentials. We love the central location that is minutes from airport, downtown, and mall. Colorado National Monument is a 30 minute drive to west entrance. This was our second stay.

Everything about the house, neighborhood, and experience was excellent. Property is literally like new. All furniture, appliance, amenities were exceptional. Communication with property management was timely. Excellent place to; I highly recommend.

I'm a regular guest at VRBO properties and I am rather picky about things like linens, clean ovens and kitchen inventory. This property presents like a well cared for guest bedroom. The kitchen is perfectly outfitted, the linens are soft and inviting (not property manager white starch) and the detail taken to decorate this home is incredible! The neighborhood is very quiet and feels safe. On a scale of 1-10 this gets a 12!

The house was brand new and spotless, furnished very nicely, comfortable, and well stocked. Easy access, and we had very good communication w the manager & owner for the whole rental process. Only one suggestion would be to provide a gas grill outside. Otherwise, it was top notch and we'd go back without hesitation.
