House is wonderful. AC works nice when it was 104, loved the location backing up to the Colorado National Monument park with red rock cliffs and formation all around. 10 minute drive to stores and restaurants, very quiet area.
House amenities were great, well stocked.
Beds were very comfortable, slept well.
Pictures are very accurate.
Would definitely stay here again when visiting Grand Junction area.

Great place for a GJ stay. Liked the area located as it was convenient to GJ activities. The house is well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of kitchen tools. Only negative is the small sitting area out back.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house had every amenity one would need and close to the Colorado National Monument! We will definitely be back!

If you are looking for a property in the Grand Junction area the Redlands are spectacular! The property was perfect for my family of 4. We attended my daughter’s graduation from residence. The home is spacious with great views.

We had a great stay over a long weekend. We enjoyed going for hikes nearby as well as the convenient location to the National Monument. The new neighborhood was quiet and was great to take quick walks with our dog.

Everything about this home was wonderful! Great location to hiking, The Monument and downtown. The home was spotless and nicely appointed. Easy in and out with instructions from the owner, They also checked in daily to see if we had any issues, which we did not. Would definitely stay again!

Great, quiet neighborhood with easy access to Colorado National Monument, Palisade, Grand Junction, restaurants, and great trails for walking, running, and biking. We loved the house - great amenities and easy to see the night sky (gorgeous!). Communication with and recommendations from the host company was great!
There was only one thing we didn't love. All but one of our group struggled with the mattresses. The bedding was wonderful, but the mattresses felt like they were futon style and were too hard for most of us. Also, if you have children, you way want to bring a stool as the counters in the bathrooms are high.
We would come back to this home AND we would bring additional cushion for the mattresses.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! One of our children was graduating from Mesa and we were in Grand Junction for a long weekend. It was very busy but we also had some downtime in this very nice, comfortable and well equipped house!

The house was very enjoyable...felt welcoming, bright, lots of light and good views. The neighborhood is okay....New tract...dark skies property so really dark if you want to take a walk. Great location to Colorado Mounument and great walking trails. I have rented a few VRBOs and this owner showed care tht you would enjoy your stay. Thank you for that!

We loved staying in this beautiful home! Just perfect for our family! Great hiking, golfing and enjoying the incredible views of Colorado National Monument. Easy access to park and we love golfing at Redlands Mesa! Home was very well appointed and comfortable! Quiet, walkable neighborhood. We had a lovely stay!

Beautiful home and views
This home was nothing less than we expected. Located in its own valley the 360 views were amazing. Check in was easy. Parking is tight but was plentiful for two 1/2 ton trucks. Home was very clean, white sheets and a neutral color pallet throughout. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need for cooking and spacious. Soaps were available in showers. We had 5 ladies for a bachelorette overnight and we were very happy! Thank you for sharing this home!
