We had the best experience at the Hickory Hill house! The house was well stocked and very clean! The host was fantastic, he let us check in early in the morning since the previous guest checked out early! Thank you Zoltan!!

Great house, not too far from Broadmoor, with everything needed to work, relax, and be prepared to function at Space Symposium. Zoltan was very communicative and accommodating.

We had everything we needed and the location was PERFECT! Hot tub, fire pit and balcony overlooked the beautiful mountain. Not to mention the play area and trampoline for the kiddos. If we’re ever in Colorado Springs again we will definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place for our family to vacation in Colorado Springs! The house was spacious and had every amenity we needed. We enjoyed the private backyard with deck and hot tub every day after enjoying the sites of this beautiful area! Thank you!

Family vacation, 2 parents and 4 kids (16-31). So spacious! Everyone had their own room and space. Plenty of bathrooms/showers. We were with 5 mins of groceries and 20 mins of attractions. Beautiful setting for morning coffee on the deck or by the fire pit. Enjoyed dinner inside and on the deck. Would absolutely go back! Zoltan and Julianna were easily reachable when questions arose. So nice! We did Cave of the Winds and the Teri-dactyl, Seven falls hike, hiked Pulpit Rock, highly recommend feeding the giraffes at Cheyenne mountain Zoo. Many things do require a reservation-so check on line. Would love to go back in Winter!

We had a wonderful experience! I contacted the owner one time about some things that weren’t an emergency (just wanted him to know about) and he was there very quickly to see about it. The house was extremely accommodating for our family of 8. The view on the patio was beautiful!

A very relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the kitchen—we enjoy cooking and it was well furnished and layout was great. House was very spacious for our group of six and the view from deck was beautiful.

We loved the deck with a view of the Cheyenne Mountain, where we ate our meals. We enjoyed the hot tub It was a perfect place for our family to stay while we were in CO for a family wedding. Our host was very friendly and available if we needed him ,

My wife and I stayed at this property while visiting Colorado Springs. The house was very clean and stocked with all the essentials. The property owner was great to deal with and replied promptly with any questions I had. The neighbors were also very nice and gave us great information on additional attractions to see. We would highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay, close to shopping, and other attractions owner was very nice and attentivea sandbox, corn hole game, the hot tub and outdoor fire pit were a hit with our group there is a view from the deck onto the mountains that was a plus for us also. Owner is improving place, there was some construction items on the property but did not hinder our stay.

This home was perfect for our family of 6! Plenty of room to spread out and plenty of places to gather! Zoltan was extremely responsive whenever we had a question. We would definitely go back again!

Zoltan is an amazing host, ready with anything you need or have questions about. The house is beautiful, well maintained and clean! The backyard is perfect for kids and entertaining. The added bonus of deer on the lawn was great!

Neg: home owner was at house doing construction during our stay and with nothing but daughters it was a little uncomfortable to enjoy property. Neighbor called landlord on my daughters because they where doing tiktoks outside in front yard . the house nextdoor was vacant and daughters use drive way for more snow pics. Lanlord showed up to cut there fun. Started feeling uncomfortable and feeling like we were being watched. We left 30 mins late after check out and got scolded for it, as landlord was already outside. Then asked if neighbors and himself can come over to view star. Felt very uncomfortable and watched. Won't return to this house but will return to Colorado

It was an amazing stay! My little family enjoyed the time we spent at the home. Looking forward to going back already :)
