We really enjoyed the apartment. It was located in the heart of the town, tons of food and entertainment options. Apartment was nicely updated and perfect for our group.

Booked this location for Texas State Homecoming weekend. The apartment has clearly been recently renovated and was extremely clean and comfortable. The main living space is cozy but modern and has big windows that let in lots of natural light and lovely views of the city square and courthouse. The location could not be more convenient for getting up to campus or exploring downtown San Marcos. It was also nice having a coffee shop just down the stairs for morning coffee. Each bedroom has its own attached bath. The showers were large with rain shower heads. The counters also provided ample space for makeup and hair accessories. Just be aware this unit is in a busy nightlife area so you will hear noise from cars, people and music from about 10-2 AM on the weekends. We were fully aware of this when we booked so did not have an issue with it. The two bedrooms are towards the back of the unit so the noise level is much lower in there and with playing white noise on my phone, I slept just fine. Overall I was very happy with the booking and will book it again.

We stayed here to visit our son at Texas State University and were very pleased with the location and comfort of this property. It is so cute and clean, and being on the square was so fun. There is a bit of noise at night but only in the living room and not in the bedrooms while sleeping. The beds were good, and each room has a bathroom which was great! Parking is tricky but the property manager was very helpful and responsive and comes with staying downtown but we worked it out. We will definitely stay here again and loved it!

Very clean, modern. It was so hot outside yet this unit stayed cool. Spacious bedrooms and living room area. Small kitchen, no oven, but still very functional. The only negative was the back stairs to access unit from parking in back. Recommend parking in front if possible. Stairs are easier to navigate. Great location! Would book again!

My girls and I enjoyed our stay! Loved the loft! The location is great and within walking distance to everything you need! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it! Thank you!

Beautiful apartment right on San Marcos’ town square! We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend using this beautiful apartment as our home base while we explored the area!

This property is clean and comfortable. It has all of the necessities we needed and is in the heart of downtown, allowing us to walk to local restaurants, coffee shops and the university. There is some noise and loud music at night from the main street and night life. Property manager is extremely helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay again!

Nice place right on square. A little loud late Saturday night but the Astros just won World Series so may have been more than normal. Wasn’t too bad back in bedrooms.

I stayed for graduation of my daughter from Texas State University. The location is convenient to pretty much everything in Sam Marcos. The property is clean , comfortable, and new. There is a far amount of street noise at night in the family room area but not too bad. I would recommend the condo for a family visit of a college student. It’s easier for a family then a hotel becuse of having a kitchen and den area.

This condo is amazing!! Not only is it brand new but the style, design elements and high end finishes are perfect! They have thought of everything!! You must be good with going up and down stairs but totally worth it!!!

This property was Absolutely Amazing. Has all the amenities that you need if you want to cook something or warm some good food up. Conveniently located right in the middle of the San Marcos Square. Walking distance to just about everything. Very clean and comfortable beds. We will definitely stay there again. Love this place!

We loved it! The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better location. You walk right out the door on to the square. And, Jenn was so kind, responsive and helpful. I look forward to staying there the next time we visit.
