The house was perfect for our needs. It has a fantastic cook's kitchen which is well appointed. The view of the ocean is sublime. The beds are very comfortable. And the homey touches make the place warm and inviting.

Immediately upon emerging from the canopy of trees to access the front door, we were greeted with a spectacular view of the Pacific. Stepping into the home was just as delightful. The spacious home balances cozy with grand with beautiful views from every window. The house is conveniently located ten minutes from downtown making it so easy to explore the area. The property and home are meticulously maintained and it was the perfect family getaway. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Nestled in the hills of Santa Barbara, this home stands above the clouds. The view is a religious experience. Every morning we were greeted by the sun. We waited for the sun to go down on the deck. This stay will rejuvenate your joy.

The property is older and has some eccentric features such as vent windows in one of the rooms but the grounds and the view make up for everything!

The house was perfect for our needs. My daughter got ready for her wedding at the house which had plenty of room to dress and take pictures.

From the moment we set foot in this gorgeous house, it was a tremendous experience. The property is beautiful and wow!! That view!! There is nothing like a morning soak in the hot tub while looking out at that view.

We stayed in this home while we were visiting our college daughter for parents weekend and it was perfect! It was such a retreat and had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable. The views from the master bedroom of the ocean was one of my favorite features! We would love to stay here again next time we’re in Santa Barbara.

this Is an amazing place! Beautiful home that is elegant and beautifully furnished. It is an ideal place to come together with family or friends and relax on the terrace overlooking the Channel Islands. The gardens are amazing and perfectly frame the view of ocean. It is very quiet and in a neighborhood that is right on the edge of Hope Ranch. I would return here in a heartbeat!

The property is beautiful--incredible landscaping. We had disappointing weather so could only admire the fabulous view one of our days. But the drizzle didn't bother us in the comfortable and spacious house where we enjoyed relaxing after forays into town.

Cannot recommend this property enough. The view alone is reason to stay here, but the house is so comfortable and the property surrounding the house is stunning. The kitchen has everything you could possible need, there’s a huge washer/dryer and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Best of all, the house was immaculate, cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Cannot recommend highly enough, hope to stay here again.

Great Spring Break!
We had a lovely time. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The gardens and ocean view were gorgeous! We lived in Montecito for 2 years around 10 years ago and it was nice to experience a new neighborhood.

Paradise Found
We had a fabulous girls birthday weekend in Santa Barbara and this house was the icing on the cake. The home is spacious , beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked for cooking. The views are amazing and location is so convenient to everything. The pool did need cleaning, but we did not intend to use it, so it was not a big deal. The property management company was so helpful and accommodated a special request. I highly recommend staying at this gem of a home for your future trip to Santa Barbara.

Incredible setting
The gardens around the house were world-class. The views of the Pacific were amazing. The house was well-equipped and very comfortable as well as private. It was just over 10 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara, and the immediate neighborhood was gorgeous.
