We all had a good time and the property was great. The owner thought of many of the little things like having condiments and soap available for our stay.

Beautiful house and property right on the water. Only 45 minutes to the city which was perfect for day trips.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the amazing fishing. Saw seals from the cottage and dolphins in the inlet. Great location and amenities local to the property.

The panoramic view of the water is magnificent! We got to see a rare rainbow and the moment the rainbow appeared a ruby throated hummingbird appeared next to us on the upper deck!
We loved having breakfast, lunch and dinner, reading books and playing Scrabble on the deck right outside the kitchen. We could watch the great blue herons and the ospreys fish and frolic in the waters around the cottage!
Scott and Nettie were so warm and welcoming and answered all of our questions! They made great recommendations for local restaurants, bakeries and farmer's markets. Thanks so much for your kindness and thoughtfulness!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! It was a beautiful location and the home was lovely and clean. Scott was a superb host and correspondence was always in a timely manner! Would highly recommend this home. Thank you Scott from the 4 Aussies!

The property is absolutely lovely and exceptionally well equipped. The beds were comfy and the house very clean.
Amenities are a stone’s throw away (groceries, liquor store, hardware), which is always handy for that last minute need.
The host is extremely responsive and kind.
Would love to stay again!

We spent 5 wondeful days in the cotttage of Scott Jones.
The cottage was fully equipped with everyting you need and a little bit more.
The master bathroom was very nice, large sized and with a large walk-in shower - we loved it. The living area was simultaneous a little entertainment area with very large tv, sondbar and amazon fire stick - very nice.
The weather was very beautiful, so we were able to use the nice outdoor area of the property.
Thanks to Scott and his family that we were allowed to use his cottage for a while.
We felt like at home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cottage Cove! The view was amazing as was the deck and gazebo to enjoy it from! The house was fresh, super clean and equipped with everything we needed! We launched our own boat and enjoyed exploring the coves! Due to the weather we didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit or the kayaks but we made good use of the TV and all of the movies! We had 3 kids under 8 who enjoyed the large lawn and the big rocks! Thank you so much for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

Beautiful location with a stunning view to enjoy. Cottage was spacious, very well kept and the owner made sure we had all we would need from coffee/tea, dishwasher/washer pods to ice packs in the freezer. All your needs are met for a very enjoyable time here.

A perfect little getaway. The property was the cleanest I've even seen. The added little things show that the property owner cares and wants you to be able to just sit back and relax without having to worry. We will return next year for sure!

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful home on the water. It was so clean and comfortable, we were able to relax and enjoy each others company. The location was great, very close to many places yet quiet and private overlooking the water. The host was great at communicating and getting right back to a ll our questions. They put a lot of thought into all the extra touches, it really made us feel welcome on this vacation. We would definitely like to return!

The house is located right on the water with awesome views. Property was very clean and Scott was great to deal with. Kayaks are an extra bonus which our family has a blast using them. The porch area outside is great for some relaxation and board games with the family. Would definitely recommend the rental property and will look forward to stay there again in the future.

The house was very clean and well appointed. All needed accessories in bedrooms, baths, and kitchen were available. It is 45 minutes northeast of Halifax so is central to the island if folks want to tour the whole island from one homebase. This does result in long driving days but it works.
It is very close to the main northeast coastal road Trunk 7. This made it easy to find but also means road noise can be heard from the upstairs master bedroom. Downstairs rooms do not hear the road.
It rained our whole stay and we were not able to enjoy the deck so we enjoyed the foggy view from inside. Fog or sun, the water view is interesting.

Beautiful, clean, exceptionally well-appointed house in a stunning, waterfront location. You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought and resources into making this property an ideal place to have a vacation. Everything is there. All you have to do is show up.

The cottage was well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of extra nice touches to make us feel comfortable. Loved sitting outside and the use of the Kayaks!

Wow - what an incredible place to stay! The house is beautiful and very well equipped. We loved kayaking in the bay and had an unforgettable day at Martinique Beach. We will be back!

Jeddore Vacation
Of course you never know how your vacation will turn out for sure but Scott’s place did not disappoint. First, he was always quick to respond to questions and was keen to make sure we had everything we needed. Second, The house was a great layout for 6 couples-plenty of space to relax. Outdoors included many options for sitting areas; fire pit, grass area for playing washer toss. The kayaks were wonderful to have at our disposal. We look forward to returning to vacation here again! Thank you Scott.

Beautiful staying Nova Scotia
Amazingly beautiful location. Lots to explore close by and an easy drive to Halifax and Bay of Fundy. Everything you need is in this cottage. Stayed with our boys and they had a great time fishing and kayaking.
Would recommend to anyone!

Oceanside Oasis
Head of Jeddore Seaside Cottage Cove is a beautiful location with a wonderful view of an ocean cove out the front window. Quiet and private, far enough away from the neighbours to enjoy it. Catch Mackerel off the dock. Kayaks on site. Fire pit a few meters off the shore on a sodded lawn area. Landscaped lot in great condition. Modern facilities and house hold items all excellent. 30 minutes to Halifax, 50 minutes to airport. Highly recommended property. You won't be disappointed. DS.

It was absolutely beautiful..awesome 3 days..wish we could have stayed longer
Everything about our weekend was awesome…dealing with the owner (Scott) was great…his home had everything you would need…clean…beds were comfortable and the linens were great …bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and well stocked in case you forgot something…and another feature was not far down the road was grocery store and liquor store….we enjoyed the weekend sitting out on his property and using his fire pit….we will be going back….

Amazing waterfront expeeience
Scott is an excellent host and pride of ownership is evident everywhere. Modern spacious accommodations and large waterfront property with boat launch and kayaks available for use. Hard to imagine a better place to rent on the Eastern Shore.

Perfect spot for a family vacation on the Eastern Shore!
Staying at Scott's cottage was a great experience. The check -in was smooth, the cottage is spotless, well appointed and a great layout for a family with older children. And the location is awesome: beautiful views and you can swim, fish or kayak right from the dock! The fact that it is close to a main road means that you can hear a some traffic, but it's also very convenient: halfway between two gorgeous beaches and close to a grocery and liquor store as well. We are already thinking of going back!

Incredible Blue Cottage
Our stay at this beautiful blue cottage was breath taking. Loads of space outside to enjoy time together and apart. Cottage was very clean, inviting and updated. There was everything you could think of in the kitchen and supplies if you forgot something. A lot of small towns to roam around abs beaches close by. Loved our stay. Thank you Scott
