We stayed here while visiting Edmonton for our son’s wedding…found the place spacious. Clean and comfortable…great location, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The property manager was responsive and very friendly, will definitely consider this property next trip to Edmonton!

Very beautiful home! Perfect to bring your family for a relaxing slow paced holiday. We loved the location, central to so so many things to do, very quiet area (except for a neighbours dog that barked all hours of the day and night) and perfect for family walks. Backyard was perfect for letting our dog out. The house was VERY hot the first two days, we were left with 3 small fans, we went and bought a bigger fan to try keep cool. There was quite a bit of dog hair around the house and in the carpets. A big negative was the BBQ was completely unusable. All in all I definitely do recommend this property if you are looking to stay during cooler months.

The property was just perfect for our stay in Edmonton for a wedding. Great location close to many shops and restaurants and not too far from both the airport and west Edmonton mall. Linda was wonderful and very accommodating letting us check in early! Very much appreciated! Highly recommend.

Easy access location, garage was a bonus as it was hot. AC would have been nice but thankfully there are fans in all the bedrooms.

We were so impressed by this property located in a lovely neighborhood with many amenities. Home is exactly as listed; clean and comfortable. Backyard and walking trails were great for our dogs and owner was so welcoming and accomodating! Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed for family wedding, which was in Beaumont. Our drive to wedding location was about 25 minutes. Really appreciated being able to check in early on the Friday, as wedding was at 4:30 PM and needed to get ready! Great that our dogs were welcome to stay as well. Everyone was super comfortable with our own bedrooms and happy we could all stay together, as plenty of room. Very pleased with our stay. The house is located here plenty of services and lots of walking parks nearby. It was a nice bonus having a garage to park the vehicle in at night. Looking forward to staying again!

Linda was an amazing host and the property was everything we could ask for! Location perfect as a 10 minute drive to West Edmonton Mall and short trip in from the airport. Perfect for a pet with a fenced in yard and a nice lake just down the street. I will defeintely be staying here again!

This property was just what we needed for our family Christmas. Beds were nice, everyone had there own room. Fenced in area wonderful for dog. Didn’t spend slot of time during day in property but so nice to have our own space in the evening.

My family and I have stayed in many VRBOs and this was the most clean and comfortable home yet! The communication was prompt and thorough. We look forward to renting through Ying again!

The property is fine for a quick overnight . It was great for sleeping but not particularly comfortable in living areas .

Linda’s place was great! We loved the neighborhood, clean, quiet and lots of paved walking paths. Linda was super quick to respond to any questions. Beds were a dream to sleep on. Kitchen was decently equipped. We had our large Bernese X and the fenced backyard was ideal. We definitely plan to stay again on another trip.

Eight of us (4 adults and 4 children) enjoyed our stay at this location. Communication with the owner was easy. The directions provided were clear and accurate. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Thank you!

We took our oldest up to get settled for university and being able to stay here meant we got to bring everyone including the family dog! It was super cost effective which is hard to find for a family of 6. Clean, bright, beds were super comfortable, backyard was great for our dog to be able to go in and out of. Neighborhood is quiet and family oriented and close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. Linda was a pleasure to communicate with. Will definitely ask to stay again next time we’re up in Edmonton!
