Tavern next door. Music from the bands prevented us from using the the backyard in the evening/night. The sound filled the inside of the house, also. No common bathroom for the 3rd bedroom. If someone in 3rd bedroom needed to use bathroom during night, they would need to walk through one of other 2 bedrooms.

Fantastic house for a family getaway in Santa Barbara! Great location near the beach and downtown. The outdoor patio was the perfect place for unwinding at the end of a long day.

Everything we could need! So comfortable and cozy. Walking distance to the Funk District which was our favorite.

This pristine cottage was perfect in every way for our family of four as we explored the central coast with our two high school aged daughters. Santa Barbara was our home base and we couldn’t have hand picked a better location for this beautiful house. We walked all over the waterfront and the funk zone as we explored shopping, dining, galleries, local shops, breweries, bakeries, coffee shops and more. A quick little drive (1.5 miles) to the heart of downtown and the farmers market. In addition to being in the absolute premier location, the property was absolutely perfect - immaculate and extremely well appointed. Every detail was foreseen and anticipated for an easy and enjoyable stay. We cannot wait to return to SB and will be devastated if we cannot stay in this house on our next trip. Cheers!

Our stay was great. Everything at the house was good from the house layout, furnishings, beds (super comfy!), well stocked kitchen and hot tub out back was a lovely retreat at the end of the day. The location is very walkable to the Funk Zone and State Street, and it also allowed us to easily travel to places like Carpenteria, Santa Ynez, Summerland, Ojai and Ventura. We had a blast!!

We enjoyed a 5 night stay at the West Beach Oasis. Ideal for 2 couples each with a nice sized bedroom and adjoining bathroom w/shower. It was very clean, well-equipped (including CO detectors in each bedroom) and with a great outside area for relaxing, especially in warmer weather. Also a nice location on a private street but with a short walk to the downtown State Street area as well as to the harbor and beach in the other direction. The fenced driveway holds 2 cars so even without using the garage the cars were off the street. We'd definitely stay here again.

The house is very sweet and really well ourfitted-- kitchen, towels, really comfy beds with high quality sheets. Easy walk to the beach. We were here for a family celebration and enjoyed festive time in the backyard around the fire and hotub. We were fine with the live outdoor music at the pub next door, but if one wanted a quiet peaceful weekend evening, this might be an issue.

Loved the hot tub. The separate tv room inside garage was fantastic. Walking distance of everything! Only small inconvenience was no common area bathroom. Would stay again for sure!

Great location. Expected noisier environs, but it was actually pretty quiet.

As described in the contract, the property is behind a local bar. While you could hear the music, by 11:45 on weekends, all was quiet. Walkable to restaurants, wine tastings, and entertainment. Well stocked Kitchen and great appliances. Bathrooms only accessible through bedrooms, which was fine with us. It was Nice to have laundry with detergent and extra paper products.

We stayed as a group of 4 adults / 2 small children and really enjoyed the property. Kitchen is super well stocked, backyard is pleasant for relaxing in evenings while kids sleep. Everything is clean and in good order. The only challenge we had was with the layout - both toilets are through bedrooms, so it’s hard to manage as a group at night as one room is “locked out” of a bathroom or must disturb the others to use the toilet/shower/ etc later in the evening or early mornings.

We were very happy with this house and the location. It's very close to the beach, the Funk Zone (with great restaurants, wine tasting and shops) and State Street. We walked everywhere. The house is nicely decorated and the beds are great. The pocket bathroom door in the master should be looked at as it derails off its tracks when shut all the way, making it challenging to get out! Note that both bathrooms are ensuite so the 3rd bedroom has no immediately available bathroom without going into a bedroom. We had no issue with that, but good to point out. The outside room (converted garage) was also a bit hot during our August stay, but my son had a ton of fun on the Xbox, so we got past it. The back patio and hot tub are great! Overall, we had a great stay!

Great location, walking distance to shopping, tasting rooms, restaurants and the beach. The rooms were nice and clean. Bathroom door in master did get stuck from time to time and was hard to get out of. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need.

Had a fun weekend get away!

It’s a great house close to the beach and walking distance to State Street. My kids loved the extra room with big TV and Xbox.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect location to walk around town, grab bikes, head to the beach! Lovely home and was very comfortable for our group of 6 ladies.

such a cute place. Great location. Read reviews about noise, but in all honesty, it really wasn’t that loud and bad. Only down fall on this place is the bathrooms are located inside the bedrooms, which makes it a bit inconvenient but other than that- until next time!

The property is accurately described and was clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed and will rent here again on a future trip. Highly recommend.

This home is a gem in the great Location. Home is upscale in a very nice neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and mostly walked everywhere In Santa Barbara. We love to come back again in the future.

The home is very well thought out and comfortable. Unfortunately, a very rowdy bar is on the backside. I am an early to bed, early riser, so 1:00 AM was not an acceptable bed time.
