My family stayed for 5 nights and the townhome had everything we needed. It's conveniently close to River Run and an easy drive to Breckenridge. We could hear the nearby stream with the windows open. The property management company was responsive for any issues we had.

The only thing we’d recommend is to have windows checked, difficult to close & lock. This made it uncomfortable, since it was warm on the upper levels.

Location was lovely. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We had an issues with an outlet and it was resolved very quickly. The property management company was very responsive and easy to work with. We would stay at this location again.

The management company is the biggest problem we had with the rental. We rented the unit for a college buddies ski trip that we have done since 2006-07. Rental company reached out a week before we were scheduled to arrive (Easter evening after 9pm) to let us know the hot tub was out of order. Ok, easy solution- you have a week to fix it or you can just refund us our rental and we will find another place with a hot tub. Refund was not an option- they made it sound like they might try to fix the tub but judging by the sign on the hot tub and the fact that no one showed up the four days we were there I don’t think that was ever in their plans. They even suggested we could go ahead and cancel to find another place but that would follow the refund policy which would mean no refund. VRBO not much help either as they said not having the hot tub was not enough of a issuefor them to step in. We even offered to stay in one of their other rentals anywhere in summit county that had a hot tub but they said this was not an option. Only concession they offered was 10% off the booking. No offer to refund the hot tub fee until asked(still haven’t). The catch with the 10% is that you agree to no negative review. We refused the 10% so we can review and warn others of this company. unhelpful and are in it for the money alone. never stated how long the tub was down after asking multiple times. I’ve wasted hours of my life and am done. Beware Summit County Mountain Retreats.

We had the best time renting this property for our girls weekend. The location couldn’t be closer to the Peru Express chair lift, putting us right on the slopes. We were able to walk in all of our ski gear directly to the lift and the location was actually much closer than many of the parking spaces in the available lots near by. The home was clean, comfortable and amenities offered were everything we needed to relax in our home away from home. We hope to come back to this wonderful rental! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Great location, closer to the Peru lift than the parking lot at River Run. Only complaint was the lack of puzzles for relaxing in the evening.

Recently stayed with party of 6. Clean and exactly as described/shown in photos. Plenty of space for our two families to spread out, cook and enjoy great views. Easy walk across parking lot to access slopes. Hot tub and garage are great features.

We had an awesome time. Lots of places say close walk to this or that but the lifts right across the street. Some people that park have to walk further. Hot tub was the only complaint, was very finicky but they appeared to be working on it one day while we were there. Nice, clean, spacious spot for an epic ski trip!

We rented this 3 bedroom condo at Keystone, CO. It was an easy walking distance to the Peru lift. The condo was spotless, had a great quantity of dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. The layout was good for our family - 1 bedroom & bathroom on each of the 3 floors. We would definitely rent this condo again in the future.

The Mountain House is all that is listed and more! We enjoyed making meals in the beautiful open kitchen that had all the dishes/appliances we needed. We could see a gorgeous glimpse of the mountains out of every window! The condo is so close to hiking trails, Keystone Lake, and just a short walk to the River Run Gondola area. We loved how cool and quiet it was (a great time to escape the late August heatwave in Denver!) and that we could hear the Snake River nearby.
We also enjoyed sitting out on the private deck and looking at the scenery, birds, and wildlife. We were lucky to see a mama and baby moose wander through the parking lot when it rained! The private hot tub was so nice after a long day of hiking. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room and privacy in the condo with 3 levels and 3 bathrooms. The private garage was also a bonus!
Many people come to Keystone in the winter to ski, and we highly recommend it in the summer, too! It is such a beautiful place to stay with so much to do!

We couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with this experience. From the extensive and thorough overview of the property, to the ongoing communication during the stay, we enjoyed every aspect of this rental and our family vacation in Keystone. The amazing views and scenery will sell itself, but having a place to stay that cares for the customer like this organization does is truly special and much appreciated. I wish other VBRO properties had similar attention to detail and the customers overall experience like this one does. Well done and much appreciated by my entire family.

This property was perfect! There was great communication , it was super clean and was exactly as described in the listing. The hot tub was perfect and the deck made it feel like a secluded cabin in the woods. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful property. Very clean and quiet. Kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils, pans, dishes etc. Walking distance to restaurants. Loved the hot tub. Be aware that this is a 3-story property. If you can't do stairs, this would not be the property for you. The TV is in a bit of an odd place making it hard to be watched by a group. We only had the two of us, so it worked just fine.

Location was fantastic! Mountain views and short drive to all the nearby towns. Beds were comfortable and hot tub was nice. We had an issue with the blinds and they were there same day to fix. Would stay here again.

We loved the location of this property and everyone enjoyed the private hot tub. It was spacious for our family of five, very clean, and well-stocked with essentials. We did have some maintenance issues but anything necessary was treated promptly. The windows in the master bedroom let in a lot of morning sunlight. It was a little bright for anyone wanting to sleep in. Overall a fabulous condo that we will look forward to coming to again.

I was so happy with everything this location has to offer! It’s located right on the free bus route. The private garage and hot tub were huge bonuses. The condo was very immaculate, and we felt very at-home here. We will definitely be booking here again in the future!

The property was exactly as advertised. We had plenty of room and beds for our group of 7. The private hot tub looks out over a snowy backyard leading to the snake river. The kids had that backyard to play in the snow while we watched from the house. You can see some of the runs from some windows. The walk to the mountain house lifts can be a short hike across the parking lots but if it’s too far in ski boots the green route shuttles pickup in the front and can drop you at the lifts. The app that comes with all the information makes it easy to find everything you need for food, checkin/checkout, contact information, etc. The property management was very responsive and very nice when I had questions. Great place to stay for a ski vacation.

Three generations of our family spent a wonderful three days and nights in Keystone ski center. Our townhome rental was spacious with three floors of rooms making it great for separation of kids and parents into separate bedrooms and group gatherings by the fireplace, dining table, and hot tub on the deck. Very cold temperatures outside were no problem as the condo was warm and cozy. Being able to ski right up to the condo was a big plus.

This vacation rental was perfect for my family of 5 which includes 3 teenagers. Super clean and comfy with plenty of room and beautiful views. Just a short walk across the parking lot to the Peru Express and the mountain house lodge. The bus system in Keystone is also easy to use and free.

I recently went on a ski trip and I have to say, the location of the resort was fantastic. It was close to the slopes and the views were breathtaking. The amenities at the resort were also very nice - the condo we stayed in was clean and well-maintained. However, I did have a few issues with communication with the team and there was a lack of laundry detergent, which made it a bit difficult to keep our clothes clean throughout the trip. Despite these issues, I still had a great time and would definitely recommend this resort due to its convenient location and nice amenities.

Amazing property. Walkable to Keystone Ski Resort and shuttle also comes out in front. Beautiful views. So cozy w/ a fireplace and a soaking tub. Comes with all bed/bath & kitchen essentials stocked. Great space for kids as well. Lots of close by restaurants. Dillon and Frisco are a short drive away.

Exceptionally clean! Well appointed! Great location.
Great layout for parents and teens, with master bedroom and bath upstairs, bedroom with living room and bath down stairs, additional bedroom and bath on main floor.
Everything was in good condition: hot tub was hot, garage kept the car snow free and warmer, beds were comfy, supplies (soap, toilet paper, shampoo, laundry detergent) were enough to last our 4 nights. Clean up was easier than many vrbo’s! Only had to take out trash. There were even 2 sleds on the back deck. There are 4 humidifiers-use them. There are portable heaters too.
Communication was excellent with all the information emailed in an internet link and they checked on us via text.
Good location and easy to get to. Just a minutes’ drive from River Run Village where the shops and restaurants are. The majority of the ski lifts are at River Run Village (Gondola). The Peru Express Lift is within sight of townhouse and almost as short a walk as from the parking lot. You can use it to get to other areas.
If I had to find some negatives, shower water pressure was a little low and I never figured out how to adjust the thermostat in the upstairs bedroom. If you have a big SUV it might not fit through garage doors.

Property is a very spacious and fantastic spot away from the busy areas in keystone. Stores and restaurants less than 15 minutes away as well as hiking trails. Just loved the view of the mountains in the area.

It was beautiful a had everything one needs a more.Except checkout time is 10am a t cleaning crew showed up at 9:45,& we were still packing,hotels give one till 11 r 12,other than that absolutely stunning 😀
