Nice home. Perfect for a family of four. Great location for those visiting Wake Forest University. Restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are also very close. Very comfortable, clean home. Kitchen is set-up nicely for cooking, but not well equipped to cook a full meal. For example, a set of mixing bowls, baking pans (Pyrex), Pyrex 2-cup liquid measuring cup, and some serving platters/dishes would be very useful. With that said, it was still a very nice home, and would recommend it for anyone visiting the University and surrounding area.

The rental was very well maintained, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and centrally located to Wake Forest & Reynolda Village. Hope to stay again!!!

Beautiful unit with a deck and patio table for 6 for outdoor eating (no grill, but we took our own). Washer and dryer are VERY convenient. The street is a little noisy when out front, but you hear nothing when inside or on the deck. Very convenient location. Check-out "Reynolda Village".

Clean small house, perfect for what we needed. Host had everything you would need for your stay. Very cute decor. Nice size TV’s. There are alot of stray cats. But they don’t bother you. One was really cute and would sleep in front of the door. A little noisy street but it’s a Main Street so it’s to be expected. Overall great stay! Host was very nice and responsive.

We came to visit Wake Forest University and look for apartments. This was our first time to use Vrbo and it was wonderful. La Casita was a cute little place and perfect location and easy access to University and everything else. This will definitely be our place to stay when we come visit.

It was such a charming, beautifully updated cottage with all that you need right at your fingertips. There was ease with check-in and out. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Lina was very accommodating and warm. We highly recommend it. My love and one of our sons enjoyed it very much and desire to come back.

The place was extremely clean, well laid out, and had everything we needed to make for a perfect visit. Can’t recommend this rental more!

The cottage is cute and has been updated nicely. But these are things that we experience during our stay: there are two cats that live on the grounds that no one seems to be feeding and they are always there when you come out the door. This is actually a cottage attached to a larger house by a breezeway. There are cars at the fairly unkempt house but we never saw a person. There were weeds and dead plants all around the cottage. There were cobwebs and thick dust in the corners between the walls and cabinets and in most of the corners in general. There was some traffic noise at Night as the cottage is right next to a busy road. Overall the property is nice and is very close to Wake Forest. But the listing needs to clearly and accurately depict that this is part of a property with a house next-door and the landscaping and plants need to be maintained and the unit needs a good deep cleaning. One last thing is there is no toaster or toaster oven and this made it difficult to just have a piece of toast in the morning. Thank you.

This was a really modern, cozy little guest house with tons of modern touches like a nice coffee maker and panini press plus stocked with all the toiletries you might need! Would love to stay again.

Property was clean, conveniently located, had everything we needed. Host was a good communicator and helpful when we accidentally left belongings at the unit.

Clean, well equipped and decorated

Better than my family and I expected. Efficient with top notch accessories. Coffee makers, Panini press, garbage disposal. Super comfy beds with great amount of towels, closet space and temperature nest control. Location is amazing with Wake Forest super close. We will be back.

Charming unit. We never determined if there was central heating. No instructions on heating. Found a space heater in a closet. No way to contact the owner. VRBO app was useless. The front window has a hole in the glass that resembles a bullet hole. Not a good look!!! Wine bottle opener needs to be replaced, non functional.

The property was very clean, cozy and charming. I didn't realize that this home was a guesthouse and is actually connected to the main house until after the booking was confirmed. So that was a little concerning for me, but I booked last minute. However once inside you feel as if your in your own little world and didn't even notice your neighbors. Everyone respected each other's space and were very quiet. Would most definitely recommend this property. Thank you for sharing your beautiful guest home with me.

This beautiful casita was perfect for our stay. It was so clean, well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay! I would absolutely stay again, and highly recommend this place to anyone! Our girls loved the bunk beds and the kitchen was perfect for cooking and having a nice meal together! 10/10 recommend!

Overall great stay with cleanliness, kitchen good for cooking. Would love some bigger bowl for salads and pasta. Hope to stay again when visiting family.

Very nice and relaxing spot, plus everything you need on the property

The casita was perfect! It had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Beds were great, wifi fast, and kitchen well stovked. We would definitely stay again.

Pros: Nicely renovated. Towels a plenty. Big kitchen island. High ceilings. Comfortable bed in larger bedroom. Kitchen stocked with spices, maple syrup, and other helpful items. Cons: Emergency vehicles throughout the day. Very limited privacy. No outdoor space. Although 3 smart tvs, none had cable. No left turn into/out of property which makes it inconvenient. Steep driveway to get out of lot.

La Casita is amazing! Such a wonderful property with absolutely everything you could need in the way of amenities. Very, very clean; beautifully decorated; and conveniently located. The host was also very responsive. It was a delight to stay there and we will definitely plan to return!
