The experience here was horrible from start to finish. The night clerk seemed to be on something and for one took forever to check us in for two when I came back down to inform her of the toilet not flushing and my booking being wrong she never came back to the desk; she did come back once for my son to give us toilet paper before we realized the toilet wasn't working. I was at the check in window for 10 minutes waiting before I finally gave up. So the night was spent with no toilet with four people in my party, bc the lobby was locked as well. The light over the bed made us nervous because it was hanging on by a thread, and I dare not step foot in the tub to shower without some bleach for the hair that was left all over it. The breakfast was a basket of honey buns and some mini muffins. And the check out clerk was unamused and not even sure she understood when I was telling her what happened. Her only response was I will let housekeeping know. Yes the price and location were good for our needs but not worth the experience we endured.

The room was comfortable.

Their “breakfast” was cleaned up by 8:30 even though it was supposed to go until 9:00.

The water is nice and hot

Room smelled like smoke, FREEZING COLD in the room 24/7 i had to run the shower to warm the room up but then the smoke alarm would go off because of the steam, random people just standing around outside the hotel on the stairs also there is a big stray dog that just walks around the property barking and following people and the wifi signal is very weak

The front desk staff all of those ladies were very unprofessional, very rude had my drive to the facility to pay for my stay that Booking.com had already charged me for than I had forgot the debit card I used to book the paid for room(keep in mind) they made me go all the way back home to verify the card ( this is even after the fact the I should have never had to go down there to Days inn wasting my time and gas) At one point in time after I had gotten everything straight out I told the black lady at the desk to have a bless day only seconds later the manager Deborah came out to confront me on what she miss heard. When I left the facility I was in tears. I will never book another room with this facility ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL 🤮
