Room was not only outdated, but filthy. There were dead bugs on the wall, hair on the wall, bobby pins in the floor, holes in the wall, etc. As soon as we walked into the room it had a musty odor. Manager (I assume is who was on the phone) tracked me down because the $2.26 EXTRA “hotel fee” showed as pending on his end - this is normal as it was after bank’s business hours after we checked in. Because it was a pending charge he said needed us to pay a different way before we could settle in the room. I even showed him where the money had already been taken out of my account. We just paid again in cash. If it was not so late and we would have been refunded, we would have left. Will not return or recommend anyone.

The location was great, place was clean. They had breakfast, which was good. There is a mini fridge in the room. Ice makers on every floor.

The bathroom had a pocket door, which was difficult to open and close. Our room was way down the hallway. Had I known, I would have requested something closer as my mom had a hip replacement, and it was difficult to walk.

Location was great for where we were headed and staff was very friendly and courteous.

Small problems with plumbing and hotel updates were lacking professional finishes.

The Breakfast was wonderful! Loved the Waffles and the Sausages. Need a more Hot Tea selection as well as honey. I didn't see any. Could of missed it.

Took a while to figure out the TV Channel selections.

The carpet was stained everywhere the wall had brown and red spots on it everywhere, was not enough tower around the sink and in a bathroom around the toilet was not clean

The morning staff was very unfriendly was no coffee and when I asked her to make more coffee she said that's all what we have
