We loved everything about the property from the pool to the ensuite bedrooms. The space was modern, clean, and very generous in size. Enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, and pool table. Communication with the management team was excellent. Hope to go back next winter.

We absolutely loved this house! Beautifully decorated with great hangout areas inside as well as outside. We loved having our coffee down by the water each morning and ending the day with wine by the gas fireplace. The bedrooms all had very comfortable bedding with private baths for each couple. Its centrally located but yet we still felt secluded. This house truly had everything we needed...including a property manager that responded very quickly and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. I truly can't say enough good things about our stay. It was the perfect birthday get away! Thank you so much!

The property was beautiful. Loved the Master bedroom. We dined at MamaJuana 3 nights which was less than 5 mins away. Loved the kitchen too!! The kids & adults loved the pool table. Would definitely go back!

Excellent home, very clean

Spring break trip for our family of four along with my parents and my in laws. The property is amazing, we rarely left during the week because we enjoyed it so much. Spent tons of time in the pool and backyard, and our boys enjoyed fishing off the dock using a simple hand line we got them from a local bait and tackle shop (caught - and released - over 20 fish!). The inside of the property is gorgeous, and the layout is great. Location can’t be beat - close to everything but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Benjamin was extremely responsive and accommodating. We typically try to visit different areas for vacations, but would definitely come back to Fort Lauderdale to rent this property again.

The home is gorgeous and exactly as pictured, but better in person! It has an open architecture, is very bright and full of sliding doors encouraging you to go outside. The beautiful grounds, the lovely decor and all the amenities provided are fantastic, you truly won't want to leave! The great room is a perfect gathering area and the gourmet kitchen is extremely well stocked! We also appreciated the many Nespresso and Keurig choices each morning! The four en suite bedrooms were each very private and a perfect retreat! The pool, cabana area and yard was our favorite place, with abundant and very comfortable furnishings in an idyllic resort-like setting. Though having the added luxury of the waterway and dock made it even more special! We loved sitting by the water having coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening, and just enjoying life! Our host, Benjamin, was very attentive and kind and responded very quickly from the first inquiry we made through any follow-up questions we had. Thank you Benjamin! We have stayed at many Vrbo properties, but this one by far exceeded our expectations and we look forward to staying again

The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Any questions we had were answered within minutes! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful extremely well maintained house. Pics match reality. Great prop manager who was attentive. My only real complaint was that the description said "steps to beach" and that would only be true if your definition of steps was 2.5 miles. It is in a great neighborhood and we enjoyed the property.

We had a fabulous week in Fort Lauderdale. The property is in excellent condition, beautifully maintained, well-located (it's a ¾ mile walk to the breakers), and well-stocked. We lacked for nothing. The beds are comfortable. The house itself has an open floor plan which allows for group activities around the TV, the pool table, the dining table, the pool, or several seating areas in the back yard. The only issue we had was the amount of leaves and twigs in the pool. The trees in the back yard constantly drop stuff into the pool, requiring manual cleaning 2-3 times per day to keep it relatively swimmable. The pool sweeping device clogged up multiple times during the week. I have experience with pools, so it wasn't difficult to keep things running and relatively clean, but the pool would be rather unusable otherwise. Just so you know. Overall, we'd go back in a heartbeat!

My husband and I stayed at this home with two other couples and it was absolutely stunning! Each of the four bedrooms had it’s own en-suite, which was perfect. The main living area was spectacular with its high ceilings and tasteful decor. The kitchen was well equipped having everything we needed for a wonderful week. The outdoor living space was as nice as the inside which included a covered porch with a seating area, a heated pool with chaise lounges, an outdoor dining table and a fire pit by the waterway. This home is everything the website states and more! We’ve rented several homes from VRBO and this one clearly stands out on the top of our list. We will look forward to coming back to this home in the future!! Thank you again for making our stay a wonderful one.

First, let me say that the host, Benjamin, is as responsive as can be. The inside of the house is exactly as it appears on the website (modern, gorgeous, comfortable, pristine) and once you’re actually in the house, it gets even better! The backyard is paradise. The only negative is that you never want to leave the backyard (or the house, for that matter). If you do want to leave, the beach is a short walk away, through the lovely neighborhood. We loved everything about the house and can’t wait to come back.

My partner and I had a great week-long stay at this property. Overall excellent stay with all the amenities you could need in a luxury property. The house itself is like new. Modern and comfortable furnishings. Multiple Smart TVs throughout the house. Excellent wi-fi as I was working remotely most of the week. And stocked with all the household essentials you could need. Location is great. It's a super close walk to the beach. It's also close to all the retail and restaurants on 17th St and close to Las Olas as well. But there's no need to leave the house with the heated pool on the waterway. Arrival was super easy meeting Benjy at the house after our arrival for a quick tour. We would definitely return.

The house was wonderful. We had a comfortable stay with family and friends. The outdoor space was perfect. Looking forward to renting again in the future.

I was a bit nervous to book this property because it was new and had no reviews. The wow factor upon entering the house was real! What a fabulous space. It was open and large and clean and well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking needs and the large dining table was a bonus. Four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms plus a half bath was exceptional and hard to find in a rental. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the home was well stocked with additional linens, towels and all household items needed. The outdoor space was fabulous as well with a covered area to lounge and watch tv, an outdoor dining table, a top notch grill, lounge chairs by the pool and additional seating by the water with a gas fire pit. There was even a paddle board and kayak in the garage that we enjoyed using as well as a cooler and some beach chairs for the beach that was a 5 minute walk. We also enjoyed the provided games for nightly entertainment. This was our favorite house we have rented and hope to return! Thank you, Benjamin, for your timely responses and attention to detail.
