I had a rental in the village and shortly before our stay, the rental agency informed me that it was being remodeled. We were given the option of a refund or relocating to this rental. I hoped that the recommendation by the agency would be very similar to what I had previously selected. It had the same amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, but it was three levels with an elevator. We have a wheelchair-dependent child and the elevator was slow and very loud. I would not recommend this location for a family with small children or anyone with mobility issues.

Beautiful home to vacation with family and friends. Spacious, clean, well-appointed, and a good location. Short walk to both villages. We will definitely consider staying here again and would highly recommend it to others coming to Keystone.

The elevator was a plus as some of our guests have mobility issues and there's three levels, so lots of stairs. Management company was very responsive, especially since the hot tub needed water after six of us piled in there. They came right away and filled it with water for the next day. The property is very close to River Run Village, with festivals and events within walking distance. Great stay!

Beautifully kept property with attention to details. My family enjoyed the spaciousness and the ease with which the furniture/appliances/utensils were laid out.

All three small children broke out in blisters from the hot tub. Pics are unavailable to paste. They are available for your inspection. Toilet paper and Kleenex of the cheapest product. Towels were constantly being washed. There should be more available. It was a wonderful location and beautiful condo.

The location is amazing, especially for the price! So close to the resort! The property management was very attentive and we needed help with our dishwasher and they were on it! They were very easy to work with and it was a wonderful experience! Will most definitely be back and will rent from them again!

The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed, we ran out of paper towels as we did most our cooking and meals at the home and they texted to let us know they had extras at the office which was in the next building complex I’ve so notice and easy to run over. The only downfall of the home was the living are a couch and chair were not very conducive to a group family vacation and we’re not very comfortable to hang out and watch shows/sports together. A sectional upstairs would have been better, the movie room is great and we did have a small group of the kids watch movies in there. The bunk room is great for kids and the hole basement area was perfect for the kids. There is not a deadbolt to the garage which made us a little nervous but the garage seemed secure so that helped ease our concerns.

This property was a beautiful home base for our girls trip to Keystone. The amenities were abundant and more than we expected. The kitchen was incredible for making and sharing meals, the bedrooms beautiful, and the views were incredible. Only complaints we had were the downstairs bathroom shower curtain had fallen before our arrival and fell again during our stay, and the wine fridge was not functioning during our stay. Otherwise- this was a beautiful stay and experience and we would stay here again!

8 High School friends gathered and had a wonderful time. The home is lovely. Lacked for nothing. The elevator was a great help!!!

Great property…great layout and very new and clean. Loved the elevator…Loved the hot tub and grill. Only improvements would be to put a covering on the glass door off the master…lacks privacy and install a soap dish in master shower …had to put shampoo soap etc on the floor of the shower.

The communication with the manager and all email info was excellent! I say new but I do not know how new the property is. However it looks brand new. It was very clean and very well stocked in the kitchen. We were hear the last week in July and with the windows open the temperature was still nice I’m the middle of the day. The decor was updated and peaceful. If I could suggest one thing it would be to get some more comfortable furniture in the family room. Keystone was peaceful and we would stay in this area again for all of our Summit County Summer activities.

Wonderful property. Very spacious. Plenty of room to spread out with kids and adults. A big bonus that there are 2 master suites both with king beds. Great location. Great kitchen. Very much enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose the property again.

My family and I stayed here while we renewed our vows over the weekend. I cannot say enough how incredible our stay was! Everything was very clean, super well stocked, and designed beautifully! We were so inspired by the place that we want to buy something like it! Every room had even the details covered (fan, humidifier). With 5 bathrooms we were able to get ready for the day with ease! The best compliment is that we felt at home. Anything we needed to be comfortable was thought out and provided. We only wish we had more time there. The layout worked so well for our kids too! They had a separate “living room” just for them. The hot tub was amazing and the views were unbeatable. We will definitely be back!!

This home is in a great location to explore the Dillon/Frisco/Breckenridge area. The views are amazing and we saw a bear and other wildlife during our stay. Very clean and spacious for our family of 8. Nice hot tub with great views of the stars at night. Highly recommend.
