We had a whole time. Super place

Flew family in for Thunder and wanted that in person experience without the crowds. The rooftop space was perfect for the airshow and drones. Unfortunately the building close by blocked the veiw of the ground fireworks. But, had it been warmer we would have walked the half a vlock to the waterfront to see them. An amazing place with amazing views!

Great place

This property was perfect for 3 couples visiting to experience the Kentucky Bourbon Trail and exploring Louisville. Excellent food options near buy, easy walk to NULU and amazing views of the river! Highly recommend!

We came in to celebrate my 50th bday and wanted to do the "Urban Bourbon Trail". The location was absolutely perfect and Eric made check-in super easy. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a great property for 3 couples. Great location Looks just like the pictures! Only suggestion would be more bath towels/washcloths(maybe newer as well, some are looking a bit worn out) and more coffee cups ( only found 4)

This was a charming, upscale and comfortable space. It had everything we needed to make a couples getaway absolutely perfect. Property manager was very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the VRBO. It was spacious and clean. The manager with quick to respond to questions. The location was excellent and enabled us to easily get around Louisville.

Fantastic property, tremendous downtown location, great sevice

Greeted by Eric the property manager when we arrived. We were about 30 minutes early, but he was very gracious. The property was just as described, clean with an old time industrial type vibe. It was in a great location, close to attractions and felt very safe. Parking was just across the street, so also easy. We had three couples with us, so we each had a bathroom, keep in mind, it is as described and the couple who draws the short straw has a circular stair to climb in the night to get to the bathroom. That is really the only drawback, as all bathrooms are a great size! On the plus side, the couple upstairs has the bedroom adjacent to the balcony porch which overlooks the river. All beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed this property, the manager was attentive and I would stay here again when visiting Louisville.

Everything was great - Accommodations, location, check in process, etc. Highly recommended for any group visiting Louisville.

We just spent a 4-day weekend in this great apartment for a music festival. The accommodation could not have worked out better. The three couples all appreciated how the 3 bedrooms had their own space and were separated from one another. The apartment had 3 great bathrooms, comfortable beds, an awesome rooftop deck, and great living spaces. The check-in was easy, and parking was no problem. All in all fantastic lodging. The location was very centrally located, providing easy access to everything we did. Looking forward to booking again next year!

The property is a perfect downtown spot that has a great view of the river, close to many restaurants and very spacious with an outdoor patio. Check in was very easy with a quick tour and owner was very responsive with any questions we had throughout our stay. Definitely plan on staying here again in the future.

Property exceeded our expectations. In beautiful downtown Louisville in an artsy area. Building offered some historical significance and overlooked the Ohio River. We were never able to log into the WiFi or access the TV’s but for our short stay it wasn’t that significant. We enjoyed walking around town visiting the Louisville slugger museum (within walking distance) and some distilleries. A great place to stay even with kids for a couple days.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We were celebrating a girlfriend’s birthday. We had a long weekend girls trip. The Normandy loft was the perfect place to stay

The property is in a great location downtown. It is a nice place for three couples. The only drawback to the floor plan is that one bedroom is in the loft (you have to climb the spiral staircase), and all three bathrooms are on the main level. A few small complaints- there were only 4 coffee mugs, there were no wash cloths, had to fill the hand soap dispensers in two bathrooms, and shower gel would have been much better than the little cheap bath soaps. We were given a parking pass for the lot across the street, so that was a plus. Would stay here again, the beds were comfortable and the space is as pictured.

Group of adults stayed in downtown and went to the race. Everything was great.

In town for a long weekend to enjoy the local food and bourbon. Accommodations were as pictured. Property Manager very friendly.

We had a great time staying at this property! The location was amazing and so were the views from the roof!!! The property pictures look exactly like they do in the listing. I highly recommend staying here if you have 3 couples looking for more than a hotel!

We had a short stay on for a visit on whiskey row. The loft was clean and comfortable. Well appointed, with nice spaces to socialize for our group. It is in a very convenient location. Eric was very easy and pleasant to work with. Recommend for sure.

What a fun way to experience downtown Louisville! This space offered us both convenience and privacy. It's a unique building and the interior of the loft was trendy, comfortable, and functional! Close to all downtown experiences yet off the beaten path from the hustle of the main street. You could easily walk to popular destinations. Host and property manager were both so easy to work with on any of our needs although they were few, they were both very responsive! Thank you for a great stay!

Enjoyed our stay - place is very nice with lots of space

The property was very clean and in a great location to access all of downtown Louisville. Eric met us at the door and showed us around the apartment. Only downside was the parking lot. We got a citation even though we paid. Other than that it was a great experience.

The apartment was spotless when we arrived. I’m the center of everything. Easy parking. One thing to keep in mind is the bathroom situation. There are three bathrooms for three bedrooms, however one of the bedrooms is located up two flights of stairs while the bathrooms are all located in the first floor. Keep that in mind particularly when traveling with friends/coulples.

Great location and great rental!

This is an amazing rental for a whiskey row trip! The pictures don’t really do it justice! A diagram would probably help with that. The check in/ key pick up process was odd because the unit is truly embedded in a historic and active business complex, but the manager was accommodating to our needs once we were able to connect with him. We loved this rental for 6 adults, we were very comfortable, plenty of space to gather together and to retreat when you need privacy. MUCH better than an outdated hotel, one of a kind property!!

This is a lovely property and perfect for three couples. We each had our own bedroom, bathroom, and sitting area. Plenty of sharing space indoors and outdoors. The location is perfect to take in all that downtown Louisville has to offer or to hop on a bourbon trail tour. Clean and classy!

Loved the upper deck for after dinner drinks! Great location!
