Probably is individually owned . Modern , 3 bedrooms which sleep 6 on queen to king size beds . Nice big comfortable towels , 2 bathrooms. All very clean and well kept. Owner very nice and available for any questions or concerns .

My siblings, their spouses, my wife and I met in Saratoga for my older brother's 80th birthday. Having never stayed at a Vrbo property before, I carefully researched properties in the area and lucked out finding this gem. Matthew Ryan, the host, was over the top in accommodating us, even allowing us to check in early and stay past the posted check-out time. The cleaning fee was fair, only 20% of some of the properties I viewed. I highly recommend this property!

We have an excellent couple of nights at Matthew’s house while attending a concert at SPAC. Matthew is a great host and the house is very clean, comfortable and in a great location. It’s quiet and just a short walk to downtown Saratoga. Will definitely look to stay there again the next time we are in Saratoga.

This property was in a great location and perfect for our needs. The house was clean and comfortable. The internet was a bit slow and there wasn't a toaster, but otherwise all amenities were provided. We hope to return!

We stayed Memorial Day weekend 2023. Outstanding location on a quiet street that is walking distance to all the activities in downtown Saratoga Springs. Off street parking. Owner lives adjacently and is available for any requests or concerns.

Roomy, nicely furnished, clean and well stocked. Private outdoor seating area. Convenient parking. Very quiet neighborhood, and only a short walk to town restaurants and shops. We cannot say enough about our host Matt. He was responsive and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We are already looking at dates for our next visit.

Incredibly clean and convenient home in Saratoga Springs. This house had everything our family needed for a wonderful stay. We loved the location - super easy to walk to restaurants and shops on Broadway. The property owner was extremely helpful and provided everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay at this property again!

We enjoyed our stay at Matt’s place. It’s very conveniently located right in the heart of beautiful Saratoga’s downtown, near lots of shopping and restaurants The house was super clean and comfortable. Matt was a great host and he was helpful whenever we had questions.

Our family was recently able to enjoy this wonderful house for a week in Saratoga Springs. The house was just perfect for our group. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a great backyard. The kitchen was perfect, everything is new. The central location can't be beat as it's a block from Broadway and we could enjoy tons of cute shops and restaurants. The location to the track is maybe a mile if that. The backyard was nice to sit outside and parking was simple. Matt is a great host and tended to our every request and provided anything we needed at the drop of a hat! The price was very reasonable compared to other places we've rented. I highly recommend staying at this house if you're looking for something perfect in Saratoga Springs!

The house is wonderful. It is a very comfortable clean house. The beds and the bedding in the bedrooms were all new. Lots of amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and very nice. Matt, our host, was super attentive and helpful when we needed him. Kudos to him! The yard is private and the neighborhood is very quiet. We would highly recommend this house.
