Wow this property is amazing! We booked this home for a girl's wine trip(plus a toddler!). The home was clean, updated and worked perfectly for our situation. It was really helpful having a yard for the kiddo and a place to hang out. The home was also conveniently located to all the wineries. If we come back to Palisade this where we will stay!

We are working at CMU through the summer and the host was gracious enough to accommodate us. They have been great in communication. We turned some of their stuff gray (Do to the minerals we work with, nothing harmful) but we're getting those replaced. Our fault, great place. Very clean and friendly!

The family stayed at this house with our 12 year old Golden Retriever and it met all of our needs and provided a very comfortable stay! We were in town for our daughters graduation at Mesa and this fully met our needs and was pet friendly to boot! I would stay here again for sure!

We were very happy with our accommodations - Colorado Riverwalk Resort in Grand Junction. The home was clean, with comfortable beds & well stocked. Having a garage to park our car was a plus. The facilities were exactly as explained in the VRBO description. We received prompt feedback from the Host with any concerns. We highly recommend this home and hope to stay there again in our future visits to your area.

My daughters and I came down for a quick three day weekend. This property is centrally located, close to wineries, and just a short drive from downtown. The property itself is beautiful, and very well stocked. We would love to come back and stay again. Thank you!

We loved the floor plan, the decor, and all the special hospitality touches this host provided. The beds and other furnishings are wonderfully comfortable. It was also such a blessing to have sugar and spices stocked. We loved having coffee on the back patio and gazing at the top of the Grand Mesa. Our little dog really enjoyed the enclosed yard. The hosts were very personable and easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again!

House was perfectly clean and roomy. Only disappointment was the listing indicated 3 bathrooms but there were only 2. And for a group of girls that was an issue.

The Riverwalk is a nice place for a stop in Grand Junction. It’s only 20 mins from Colorado National Monument which has breath taking views. The house was nice with comfortable beds, plenty of towels, wash rags, soap and toilet paper. The layout of the rooms was nice with plenty of space to put all of your stuff. We were traveling across country on a hiking and biking, so it worked great for us. The garage is nice. We used it to store our bikes.

Came down for a quick weekend away. Location was perfect for hitting downtown restaurants and hitting the highway for adventures. Property is beautiful and beds are comfy. The yard was perfect for my little guys. We will definitely be back.

Location was perfect for the area. Check-in was quick and easy. Owner was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasurable. The use of the garage was a great addition. Will book again. Only downside was the bbq was electric and did not put out strong heat.

Too bad that property manager is totally unavaliable. Ice maker in refrigerator never worked. Breaker trip for electric stove went off frequently. No response from property manager with both phone calls and email.

This property was perfect. So clean and new with tons of amenities. In a quiet neighborhood but only 7 mins away from Palisade. We came to bike the wineries and then enjoyed the evenings in this home. Comfortable beds, master suite was amazing! Use of the garage was great, check in a breeze. Thank you for providing a nice retreat for us, will definitely use again and recommend!
