Great place and what a view from the roof

The place was much bigger than expected. They allowed us an early check-in and late check out, which we were very grateful for. Would stay again. We walked to everywhere in the downtown area.

Space was okay with good views, but responsiveness and availability of Property Manager definitely soured the experience. My brother left behind an item which the property manager claimed to recover and promised to ship. The item was never sent and the Property Manager has stopped replying alt together. It makes me question the whole VRBO model as the customer service seems to be intrinsically lacking..

We were a group of six women friends and this space was perfect. Four had their own rooms and two of us comfortably shared a bedroom that had two queen beds. Each bedroom had a bathroom. The space is two apartments with two kitchens, dining table in lower apartment and living room set up in the kitchen in the upper apartment. Large screen TV in basement living room of first floor apartment and living area of second floor apartment. Kitchens are stocked but perhaps could use a few more pots and sets of eating utensils. There is a roof top with lounge chairs, chairs and a table which was a great spot for morning Yoga-bring your mat. It was very comfortable. It would be challenging for anyone who has difficulty with stairs as there are several sets of steep stairs because each apartment is a duplex. I offered a four because the cleaning crew was not efficient prior to our arrival. The host was responsive prior to our arrival. We had a great time!

Our 11 person group loved staying at Liam and Mike’s home for the week! The house was modern, luxurious, and clean. It has a stunning view of the city skyline on the roof-along with plenty of seating areas! It was wonderful to have so many bathrooms- we never had to wait on anyone. The property was close to the main part of downtown, and each evening there was an adorable and delicious taco truck right outside the door. The unique ability to stay in the duplex-condo style lent itself well to a large group, and offered privacy during a week-long trip. When in Philly, we would stay at Liam and Mike’s home again in a heartbeat! Thanks again form Jen and team

Perfect property for a short stay with a large group. No complaints!

Lots of space in this rental unit. Check in was easy. Lots of areas to sleep, and areas to socialize, cook, etc. Pretty convenient location. All around good experience.

Great location with restaurants and bars right near by. Close to oublic transportation and very walkable to all the historical sites.
