We loved our stay at this beautiful home. It is well maintained, clean and located in a great area. We were very happy during our 3 day visit and hope to return again in the future.

This property exceeded my expectations! It is centrally located to be 20 min or less from every major tourism draw in Dallas, TX. It is an older home with great bones. The host was responsive and the property amenities were very well appointed. The only thing that I did not expect was that it is 3 properties in one - upstairs/downstairs and a back house I will stay here again when I come back to Dallas.

We stayed on the bottom floor of beautiful brick home with fencing around front and back yard and an enclosed car port. We and our dog felt very safe. The inside was beautiful and the coffee and tea selections astonished us. If you want to stay in Dallas and be close to the action this I’d the place!

Great location, and Stan is very communicative. Easy to get to things downtown, and there are some good restaurants nearby. The only thing I would note is how loud/often the air traffic is. This may not bother others, but I rarely hear planes where I live.

Reserved this property 8 months in advance of our daughter's college graduation. The owner reaching out when our reservation was made to see if there was anything special we needed was a nice surprise. Upon arrival, the property was exactly as shown in photos, was extremely clean, and well stocked. The owner responded immediately when we had an inquiry about extra parking. What was an extremely nice, finishing touch to a very comfortable and enjoyable stay was only having to gather our belongings by check-out time - no stripping beds, starting the dishwasher, etc. We'll be back for the next graduation or any other Dallas event in our future!

Lovely older well kept home. Has everything you need. Lovely neighborhood and has a very nice yard to sit out in. Grocery store was 2 blocks away. Secure parking for one vehicle. It is close to the airport but that didn’t bother us. Beds were comfy and we slept fine. Would consider staying here again. Thanks

It felt like home away from home for my husband and I and our short weekend stay in Dallas. The master bed is SO COMFORTABLE. Also love the history of the house and the fact that it was built in 1920.

Spotlessly clean and larger than it appears on the photos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here; lots of little touches that just made it extra-special: dressing gowns; 4-way adaptors on some of the power sockets made it easy to charge electronics and more than enough bedding/towels.
If we're in the area again and this was available we'd stay here again in a hearbeat!

This property was delightful! Lots of room, very comfortable king sized beds, nice kitchen and coffee bar. The bathroom is small but it worked for four adults just fine. Stan the owner/property manager was great!

Lovely property in a leafy neighbourhood of Dallas. Property was clean and elegant. Nice garden space with barbecue. Inside there was a laundry room, large kitchen, dining room, living room with TV, bedrooms and bathroom. Outside area for parking. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. Thank you

This property is so adorable, update, and nicely decorated, not to mention well taken care of for this 100+ year old Victorian-like property. Nice butler's pantry/tea room, beds were super comfortable, and working fireplace was a nice added plus. Gated parking area out back and home security gates and doors etc. very close to Uptown/downtown, a simple short walk takes you to CVS, Starbucks and various brunch eateries. Would definitely stay there again.

They say you get what you paid for, and in this case, that phrase rings true! The unit we stayed in was so cozy, great location and attention to detail was more than we expected. We hope this unit is available every time we stay in this area of Dallas because we will choose it every time!

This property is IMPECCABLE! Everything is even better than depicted in the pictures. Beautifully decorated and maintained from the yard to the smallest details inside. The location is in the middle of everything. The owner is a joy and ultra responsive. We have already booked our next trip with him and will not stay anywhere else in Dallas. It really is the BEST VRBO we have ever encountered.
