Our host Philip was great and very responsive. Our family enjoyed the game room immensely. House size was perfect. We will be back! Da Bears!!!

This house has so many things to do. Whether you like movies, relaxing outside or by the pool, soaking in the hottub or bathtub, swimming, cooking, playing in the arcade room, etc. And then if that's not enough, the town of Rockford has just about everything you could want within a short drive. Awesome place...

We had a phenomenal stay at this property for the second time. It's our kids' favorite vacation spot and between the pool, the arcade, and all the space to spread out, it makes sense why. Thanks for the wonderful trip!

This property was the best we’ve visited for our family vacations. It was located in on a quiet, private culdesac and was so well stocked. Everyone enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub after a day of exploring the Rockford area. It was close to everything.

My friends and I had the most fun we have had in the longest time. Philip was extremely responsive to all of our questions and we can't wait to come back!

we absolutely loved our weekend here! it was a warm summer weekend so we got to enjoy all of the outdoor games (connect four, jenga and bags) and roasted marshmallows. but during the rainy times everyone was still able to keep busy... the younger kids loved the indoor pool and movie room while the older ones couldn't get enough of the arcade and electronic game board. thanks for giving our family such a fun place to create new memories!!!

We rented this unit to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. The kids enjoyed the movie room and game room (to be honest, the adults enjoyed the game room too :) ). The home had plenty of space for us and the beds/bedding were so comfy.

The house was very easy for entertaining. I love the open common area in the middle of the home. My grandchildren said it was the BEST PARTY EVER. Now, im the cool meema.

We absolutely loved this house. So much to do for all ages, no reason to ever be bored. Loved the extra thought put in to having outdoor games in the shed for all ages as well. We would love to come back!

Philip made our experience absolutely WONDERFUL! We had our youngest son's 8th birthday there and plan on returning soon! Words can't describe how much family FUN goes on in that pool and game room! Whole house is AMAZING!!! 😁

This house was great. Lots to do throughout and also very relaxing! Phillip was great to work with.

We celebrated my son's birthday and had a blast.

We rented this place for a gathering of adult friends. Everything was amazing. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The game room kept us entertained all weekend too. You can tell they thought through every little detail. There were activities available in every part of the house. Each of the rooms were perfectly made up. Love it - would definitely go back.

We had so much fun between the pool, hot tub, home theater, and insanely large arcade, that we only left the house to eat out for dinner. With it being only an hour and change from Chicago, we will definitely be back for more fun-filled weekends!

This was our 3rd time back within only a few short months, and I swear Phil’s properties just get better every time. We had the time of our lives - again! My son never wants to leave (neither do we). Nothing beats the fun, luxury, and convenience you get at Marigold. This time Phil added lots of new games to the arcade, an electronic gaming table to the family room (has all board games in an electronic table), and a closet full of children’s toys and games as well as some beautiful new furniture/decor. We brought grandparents with this time and they were beyond impressed with the property and built-in entertainment. This place is truly incredible and fun for all ages - I am not sure who had more fun - my husband and I, our 3 year old, or our parents (well into their 60s). The weather was unexpectedly nice for March and we got to enjoy the enormous backyard and beautiful patio/grill. Phil is the consummate host - always so responsive and leaving us the best surprises. We will be back again and again!

We had the best time staying at Philip's property! The home was spotless when we arrived and Philip gave us a great tour of the home. Our kids loved the pool, arcade, and movie theater, and we all loved feeling safe and secure in our own little oasis during a scary pandemic. Our kids ranged from baby up to almost 8 years-old and they all had a blast. Philip made himself available any time we had a question and provided immediate assistance. This home was just what we all needed to safely take a vacation!

Phil is the man! Fantastic host that was attentive and did everything to ensure we had a great stay. The property is wonderful and clean. Everyone in our family loved the pool and game room!

We relaxed with a movie at the end of each day and the kids loved making popcorn using the microwave in the movie room and enjoyed the complimentary snacks. The host, Phillip, was great at communicating and helped address any questions right away.

We had such a great time staying here for the long weekend ! The game room and indoor pool and hot tub were epic! No one got bored all weekend it was perfect ! Large kitchen to cook in and a great backyard with deck and several heaters! Owner was very responsive when we had a question during our stay ! We hope that we will be able to visit again! Thanks
