The house was generally clean and organized, but there were a lot of ants in the kitchen, around the washing machine, and in the bathroom. When we opened the washing machine to use it, there were also many ants inside. The ants on the living room floor were killed by using the ant insecticide provided by the hosts. We were also surprised to find that some of the welcome food on the table was already past its expiration date. Other than that, the apartment was well-equipped.

Vannie was excellent. Any questions were answered in minutes. The location of the house was perfect! There was a Starbucks, a McDonald's, a grocery store, a bakery, a CVS all within walking distance. The house was only 15 minutes to Disneyland or Knott's.

Exactly what we needed as a base for moving our son back into his college housing. Washer & dryer were very helpful to prepare linens.

This property is affordable and exceeds all expectations she had everything I needed even dinner was provided by the host and snacks for my kiddos. It feels very private and I never wanted to leave that’s how relaxing it was. I definitely will be coming back it was a favorite!

Glad that I found this place for my vacation. it is a great place to stay and convenience to go where I wanted to visit places like Disneyland and beaches. It is also a quite and safe neighborhood.

Great quiet place & location. Was our Disneyland trip.
Beautiful outdoor, so many plants. Just the way we have at our home in northern New Mexico. Lots of amenities, just like home.
Only set back, their were ants galore. 1st night was ok. 2nd night they were all over the bed closer to the bathroom. They were coming in from that bedroom window. Now I know why we seen and used the Insect Spray.

Convenient location in Orange county with full kitchen and washer/dryer. There are air conditions in each of the bedrooms, but note that only fan in the living room.

This was a lovely place to spend a long weekend in LA! The house was clean, had all of the amenities we needed, and had a lovely outdoor patio area. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back!

We booked this for a trip to Disney and it was perfect. Just a few minutes from Disney parking made it easy to get in the park each day. It was clean and easy to access. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed here since it was close to Disneyland. House and bathroom are clean. Lots of space for our family of 4. Extra blankets and towels available. Kitchen had everything we needed. Convenient washer and dryer with detergent and bounce sheets. Fridge had ice and bottled waters. Kids enjoyed the complimentary snacks. We’d stay here again!

The Guest house we stayed it was perfect.
The beds were comfy and clean.
The neighborhood was so quiet especially at night! The host was so nice and prompt with responses. I hope to stay here in the future. Great location to meet all of our daily needs!

This is a great property - comfortable, clean, lots of thoughtful touches (like spare toothbrushes, coffee, etc.). We were in town for a soccer tournament and really appreciated having a washer and dryer. If your plans include Disneyland, this is an ideal location. We would love to stay here again next time we're in town.

We enjoyed our stay, the property had made us feel like home , it convenient to all kind of businesses such as restaurants, Disney Land . The host provided everything that needed during our stay even little thing such as scale 😀. I will definitely will choose to stay again in the future and highly recommend it .

Nice Cozy Place close to Disneyland
We rented this spot for our Disneylamd trip its very close to Disney just a few minute drive ..There are a few places to eat around there Grocery stores and Fast food places theres a lot close by...Vannie was very responsive when i had question and we had no issues at all during our stay..The home is very well equipped with plenty of towels and kitchen untensils and appliances. WE def enjoyed having a TV in the rooms to relax n watch what ever u wanted too..We def would stay here again Thanks for having us Vannie!!!!!
