Great Location within driving distance to enjoy all the activities the city had to offer. However, we were disappointed with our stay. One cue stick was broken. That was the main reason I booked it for my family. The refrigerator's water and Ice dispensers did not work, as well as the dishwasher and toaster. The shared bathroom toilet had a leak. I felt all the convinces that we should have had, and the price we paid did not meet up to what was being advertised. However, the owner was quick to respond and apologize, but could not resolve the problems prior to our departure date. We felt as though we were deprived of an experience that was advertised and was not offered any type of written compensation. The owner was very nice and did bring us Gelato ice cream for the inconvenience. We made the best of it considering and would consider returning if these matters are resolved in the future. The owner really was on top of everything from check in to check out and was appreciated by all of us.

The property was just as advertised. Was a great spot to stay for a five guy golf trip. Loved the poop table, large screen TVs, and outdoor patio with fireplace. Sonos speakers was also a great bonus. Easy access to everything around Scottsdale. We will definitely stay here again. Only minor things were outdoor TV was missing remote (living room remote worked for it) and master bedroom AC was on a random timer and AC would turn off in middle of the night (and it was high 90s during our trip). Property host was easy to reach and very friendly and helpful. Only minor

Great house,great location and a super host. Comfy beds, kitchen well stocked and plenty of Keurig coffee pods. Located close to old town, Talking stick casino, butterfly farm and many restaurants. Hot tub and outdoor setting very relaxing and the pool table was a fun bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a property worked out great for our visit. The open kitchen - dining - family room was nice for the 5 of us. The house has been modernized and everything worked as planned.

Very nice experience

We had a great time staying at the property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We all loved the house and all the fun amenities. I would recommend this property to anyone in the Scottsdale area looking for a fun VRBO.

Overall, I was very satisfied with this rental property. I feel it was represented well in the booking photos and the host was cooperative. I realize the previous occupants were not ideal tenants and left a lot of extra work for the owner. I liked the layout of the house. The open kitchen/living areas worked well for our family gathering. The patio was another well-designed feature, though we didn't use the hot tub. My children should have told me the first evening the sinks in the bedroom wing were extremely slow draining. This probably happened from the previous tenants. I didn't know until Tuesday morning this was a problem. Even with the delay moving in on Saturday, I would recommend and certainly rent this house again if I needed a spacious and well cared for home in the Scottsdale area. I would rate this property a 4.5/5 and wish you well in future rentals. Thank you. Shirley

This was perfect for my team visit to Scottsdale. I brought in 4 women from around the country for a 4 day event plus an in person meeting at the house. We had a great shared space (kitchen, living area and outside) but yet enough room we could each have our own private space when needed. The home is beautiful, laid out well and the pictures are spot on. The master bedroom and bath are very nice and updated. The owners were very responsive and gracious hosts. I will certainly book again for both my team events and family trips to Scottsdale.

Breezy check-in. We were greeted with a beautifully decorated, big, cool space! Spacious bathrooms, comfy bedrooms & a fully stocked kitchen. Every room had a nice tv & ceiling fan, even the patio with a jacuzzi! Good communication with the host who even left us delicious gelato treats. Highly recommend! Also close to shopping & restaurants. We hope to return!

This house is amazing and the owner did a great job of stocking it with all the essentials. We were extremely impressed with the house and appreciated that it had everything we needed. It’s a beautiful house and the renovations were well done!

We a group of 4 people staying for a golf weekend. The check in process and communication with the owner was convenient and without issue. The property has been newly renovated and looks just like the pics online. The property was very clean and was in a good location about a mile from all of the shopping, restaurants and bars in Old Town. The new hot tub was a nice touch. Overall, it was the perfect rental property for our stay.

We stayed here for a bachelorette & everything was beautiful! Property manager was very communicative. The only reason why we are eating the cleanliness a 3 is because there was a huge bug in the kitchen & one of the drains in the bathroom sink never would drain! Overall love this house & will book again!!

This was a great place to stay! Well laid out and all you want for the interior. The outside was not as dazzling, but very quaint and an overall splendid experience!!

Stayed here for 4 nights with some friends on a golf trip and could not have been happier with our experience. The property has plenty of space for 4 grown men to stretch out and relax both indoors and out! The bedrooms were great and the master was amazing! Johnny was outstanding to work with and treated us with a welcome present that was a hit with the group! He was also super responsive when we had questions about how to get a tv to turn on and with local recommendations. Could not be happier with our stay and will be going back next year!

I can't say enough how much we enjoyed this home. The location was terrific; about a mile from Old Scottsdale and minutes from the 101. The home has been completely remodeled. So everything is new. The master bedroom is huge, with an even bigger TV. Three other bedrooms and living areas were very nice. The backyard has a covered sitting area with an outdoor TV, which I enjoyed very much. And the owner is dedicated to making sure everything is 5-star. If we needed something, he jumped on it right away. All in all, this house has my highest recommendation.

The property was good. To start it is an older house in an older neighborhood that was renovated. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We got in late on the first night and there was good communication from the owner who made sure we had no troubles getting into the house. The house itself was clean and felt comfortable to be in. The pictures do the amenities justice. Overall the experience was good. We did not spend a lot of time at the VRBO and it suited our needs fine. I would stay at this place again in the future.
