We enjoyed our visit to Colorado Springs. This house was exactly as advertised and suited our needs perfectly. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had leading up to our stay. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a nice house in a quiet neighborhood.

Our family of 6 stayed a week and it was great for us. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms and the 2 living rooms were handy. The location is good, you can see the mountains and little ones loved seeing the planes and jets. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond. Check in and out was simple.

The house was absolutely gorgeous! Plenty of space for our family and very comfortable.

Needed a place to stay overnight. Came to a very clean house, comfortable beds, plenty of room, easy access, great location, and solid communication from the host. We'd definitely stay here again!

Everything was nice and clean nice neighborhood, only thing is it snowed before we got into town, and the driveway to porch had a foot of snow to walk through with luggage but they did provide a snow shovel first thing the next morning

Was a very nice house and met our needs as a family. The only bad thing was that the heat was set at 48 degrees when we checked in around 7pm with an outside temp of 28 degrees, so it took awhile for the house to warm up.

This house served us well we had four adults and two children. Its description is accurate and former reviews as well. It’s not a real high end dwelling but has all the basics. Could use a little maintenance and cosmetically clean up the exterior of the yard. Location is great for access to eastern parts of Colorado Springs. Bring your own wine glasses.

We had an amazing stay at the property. Not a single porblem with checking in or checking out. I would highly recommend this property.

The location was great! The kids and adults loved seeing all of the planes and military jets. The backyard was great for the kids to play on. The house was VERY spacious for our group of 8. Highly recommend, definitely plan on rebooking next time I'm in Colorado Springs.

We absolutely loved staying here. They made check in very simple for us. It was very clean. The fenced in backyard was wonderful to have with our daughter. My only advice for them is to have more utensils in the kitchen ( spactulas/oven Mits/hand towels) and then grilling utensils. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely come again!

We spent two nights here in mid July. Easy check-in process, home was very comfortable and cool upon arrival. My sons are 15 and 20 so the bedrooms were ideal; one being on the bottom floor and the other two across from the master bedroom upstairs. No bedside tables in the master bedroom, or any bedroom. They have a keurig that wasn’t working, and no regular coffee maker. (And we brought our own coffee) No blow dryer in any bathroom, but well stocked with shampoo, soap, etc. We enjoyed our stay, overall. Outdoor chairs would be great; nice to sit outside in the summer and enjoy the fresh air. Too hot to do that in Florida.

Was a great house with plenty of room and amenities to make the stay enjoyable. Close to store for any necessities and easy access to major roadways for navigation of the area. Highly recommend!

We were looking for an affordable place to stay with more than two bedrooms and this house met our needs. It was affordable, and had four bedrooms which was perfect for our needs. The house was clean and check in was easy. My only encouragement to the homeowner was that the kitchen could have been stocked a little better and there were a few small maintenance items that could be kept up with a little better. But overall, we were pleased with the stay!

Our stay here came with some positives and negatives. The house was spacious and clean. It was in a nice neighborhood, however a little farther away from the sites than we thought it would be. The view out the windows was simple beauitful! The home was clean and we appreciated that, but it is in need of some simple fixes. The handrails on the stairs were loose, the glass in the microwave door is coming out and unable to be closed unless you move the glass around, many lights needed new light bulbs so the rooms were dim, missing a blind in the kitchen, and a couple of windows with torn through screens. We encountered that Netflix would not work in the evenings due to the wifi speed (we assumed since it would spin and not load). Since there are no other services we were unable to watch a movie. Overall we really enjoyed the area and the sights. If these things were fixed we would consider staying here again.
