There were 17 of us celebrating a 90th birthday. The hosts went above and beyond, they decorated the house for the occasion . House is amazing. Lot's of room and activities. If was summer so we did not get a chance to use the fire p

The serene setting, comfortable and spacious accommodations—especially the private bathrooms—and access to nearby attractions made this cabin the perfect space for our church's leadership retreat. The lodge provided excellent privacy and peace, allowing us to focus on our goals and plans without worrying about being overheard, unlike in a conference center or hotel. The staff was great at helping us plan team-building activities and dining options. It was a great place for a leadership team retreat!

We have a group of women who attended college together over 40 years ago and have been getting together annually for the last 17 years! Everyone loved this house as it had space for everyone (especially appreciated all those bathrooms) and room to gather. The big porch was favorite spot! Several mentioned it was their favorite of the places we had stayed. We liked it so much that we are returning in 2025! Kaitlyn and Madison were great hosts and responded quickly to a few issues that came up during our stay that were then resolved. The little surprises provided in "our" house for our arrival were a nice touch as well.

This property was a perfect place for our family celebration. With 13 adults, 1 child, and an infant we had space and sleeping quarters for everyone. The hosts went out of their way to provide special touches for the occasion. We loved our stay.

The cabin was a DREAM for our large family! It had all the essentials and tremendous space for everyone. We enjoyed our Family Reunion there and was able to host everyone with comfort and ease. The beautiful porch and swing was relaxing and enjoyable. Custom furniture and decorations are simply amazing in this cabin. The basement furnished a pool table and other games for the kids along with a big screen television. We grilled on the porch and enjoyed the views off the deck. The hot tub was also wonderful! Everyone had a bedroom and separate bathroom for privacy. The management team provided the absolute BEST customer service that I have ever experienced in our many rentals.
The representatives are positive and happy to answer any questions. They are there for you 24 hours a day! We are looking forward to returning next year.

We loved the cabin, it had everything our 5 couples needed. It was very clean and comfortable. We had enough space for everyone and didn't feel cramped. The family room was very comfortable for everyone to sit together and watch ballgames on the big screen tv. Very close to Helen. We will stay here again!

Great location and house for our girls trip. Plenty of space to gather and celebrate but also privacy when needed. The house is so clean and well appointed - you want for nothing! Really appreciated all of the proactive communication and extra touches - from the personalized welcome sign and impeccably set table to the travel toothpaste and makeup removal wipes. You will feel cared for at Peacock Parc. ❤️

Perfect size for our family! Lots to do at the cabin to keep everyone entertained! The bottom floor game room area was perfect for our event and the food from North Georgia BBQ was fantastic!

This lovely home was the perfect spot for our extended family to share for the wedding weekend. I appreciated that it was decorated for Christmas, which made it extra homey! We could settle in, enjoy the gas fireplaces, share meals, enjoy games and the wonderful game room, and make memories! We appreciated the ease of communication with our concierge, Mason, and the many small details that made the weekend perfect for "Team Groom!" The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cutlery and had every appliance we could have hoped for. It would be perfect for another family gathering in the summer!! Thank you for helping us celebrate a very special weekend for our son and new daughter-in-law!!

This mountain lodge was amazing! There was more than enough room for our large group and it was laid out perfectly for socializing and also having your own space if you need it. We loved the location, it was centrally located and easy to get to downtown Helen and the many wineries in the area. The hiking is amazing and there’s a creek close to the cabin. It was a perfect weekend!

Peacock Parc Mountain Lodge was in a great location for us. So close to Helen and hiking trails. The lodge had plenty of room for our group of thirteen. It was clean and the concierge service was on top of everything. It was a great stay. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

The house and location were great! We enjoyed our friends and family on our annual vacation get together! My family and our daughter's family came from Florida; our friends came from Tennessee and Texas. A good time was had by all, even though it rained most of the week.

We had a large family gathering at this Sautee Nacoochee log cabin. The cabin is located high on a hill, up a steep driveway, in the middle of the woods. To get to the property you need to take a long dirt road that can flood in rainy weather, which is a factor to consider. The house itself is beautiful and very well equipped. It is spacious and fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lodge. The hosts were very responsive to questions and reached out proactively when power went out due to a storm. I recommend the hosts and the lodge as a great vacation spot.

We had 10 adults for a wine weekend away from kids and the house was perfect! So much space to spread out and it was great having all the en-suite bathrooms with each bedroom. Great deck on the front and back. Very clean and had everything we would need. The hot tub was the BEST surprise and was very much needed after long days. It is to be noted that it is about a mile down a dirt road but it is such a wonderful off the beaten path home. We actually walked down the steep driveway and the dirt road mile and back one morning. The Chattahoochee river is at the bottom of the driveway. I don’t know if we were allowed to go down on one of the embankments and hang out or not, but it was absolutely amazing. Like being in the middle of nowhere on the river. The check in process is a little lengthy with the paperwork you have to fill out and unnecessary but once you get past that, the stay is well worth it.

18 family members gathered in this house for a beautiful wedding weekend. Plenty of room for all members. We were able to gather comfortably on the main floor and enjoyed both front and back decks. This house was also close to all of our events at Willow Creek Farm and close to Helen, GA. Property Managers were helpful throughout the stay, even brought propane when we found the grill was not working. Nice to have a paved driveway.

Lodge was very accommodating for a large group. Two refrigerators and a decent size kitchen which was fully stock with plenty of cooking items. Lots of dishes and appliances. I do wish the house had a double stove but that was a minor issue. The house was large enough to spread out or come together. We had 18 sleep there comfortably and 23 for lunch.

We were a party of 18 with 14 of us staying at the lodge. We were in Helen to celebrate our Mom/Oma’s 89th birthday. It was perfect for our family gathering and the staff made our mon feel very special with a sign and balloons. Thanks for the memories.

Very nice cabin with spacious rooms and three different living areas. We had 11 adults and 2 children. Best equipped cabin kitchen that we had in past 15 years of family fall trips. Only wish they had a Keurig. With such a large group, people and differing awakening times, it would have been so much easier. Quiet private location. Would definitely recommend!

Overall great experience! Only issue would be the hvac cycling off in the middle of the night. The guys sleeping in the top floor were very hot. However overall a great experience!!

Property was as big as advertised. We had 16 family members. There was enough space to spread out, but enough room in common areas when we all wanted to be together. Concierge was amazing, checking in and making sure we had all we needed. A very short drive to town for shopping and activities. Highly recommend for large gatherings.

Overall, this was a perfect house for our family. We spent most of our time at the property, so took advantage for d the back patio with large table and swing. The kitchen was easy to flow through and had everything we needed. A couple of things I was not prepared for as the organizer. The first was the additional requirements outside of what VRBO requires such as name and age of guests and vehicle make, model and tag number. That kind of took the fun out of the final phase before arrival. The other thing that I was not prepared for was arriving to a hot house. I think someone forgot to arrive early enough to turn the air down. I arrived before the others, so it was just me who had to endure the heat until the place cooled off. Once it cooled off, it was a very delightful stay. The Concierge team was great and responded to our questions/concerns. Great property for family gatherings as it felt like home. Loved that property was nestled away from others, but close to town with tubing and wineries.

Lovely Home in the Woods
This is a large, well-equipped home very close to Helen, Georgia, and nearby mountain attractions. The beds are comfortable, the three inside living areas are spacious, and there are plenty of supplies --especially towels and toiletries. The kitchen was very well-stocked, and our large group enjoyed our meals at the dining room table and porch tables.
The owners or management always replied very quickly to any questions or information I sent, and they were welcoming and gracious hosts.
