Great little get away with the kids!

It's a good location between the Branson strip and the Top of the Rock adventure. There are some restaurants, mountain coaster, and Spa02 near it. Three of us had massages at Spa02 and loved it, great price! Less than a mile away. Anyways, the staff was on top of things and welcoming. Draw backs: resort fee, we didn't have time to use the stuff.. didn't even check it out. So we paid to putt putt twice in town. So for us the resort fee was a waste. Not sure if all the properties have that fee or not. I couldn't give it 5 stars on clean because there was hair in the tub and a fake nail on the bathroom floor. Otherwise well mainted and overall clean. It had good price and the community was quiet. Parking was close to the units. I'd stay here again.

Toilet was clogged. Heat/ac didn’t work in master bedroom. When I made the purchase on VRBO I thought I was getting 1 place that could sleep 12 instead I got two places so I had to pay twice the resort fees and security deposits. And after driving 4 hours to get there right at check in they send you to another desk to get your parking pass and you are hit with a tourist trap before you even get to your room. They try to make you sit through an open house where they make promises of free tickets to shows

We rented 2 two bedroom condos for 9. It was perfect!!! Condos were clean and location was great as well!!! Would stay again!!

This was our second time staying here and this was a whole different experience. We were given condos that had a whole different layout and less sleeping options. Some other issues we had were shower not draining well, door missing, door hinge loose, and lots of hair all over the shower left from the prior occupants. We contacted the resort about the issues and they said they would address them while we were out all day. Unfortunately, they did not and nothing was done like they said. Disappointed.

Our family of 5 and two families of 4 stayed in two full units. Sleeping arrangements were great for everyone. We had plenty of space and it was clean and tidy.

There were many more amenities than were originally listed. Just a very pleasant stay from start to finish. We will use trese accommodations again.

We had two 2-bedroom units for 6 adults and 3 young children - worked out great!
