The property was nice. It's important to note that there is no elevator to the upper units, which altered some of our plans. Overall, the unit was nice and well-stocked. The issues I had were mostly with the way things were handled (or more accurately stated, "not handled"). While the owner did call to let me know that our 4:00 check-in time would not be honored due to the cleaning people not getting there on time, we had no idea that it would be 2.5 hours that we had to wait in our car with foods that needed to be refrigerated after traveling in from another state. After the wait, I still had to go behind the hurried cleaning person, because they never wiped down the kitchen or even looked in the microwave. Beyond that, the internet didn't fully work. When I spoke to the owner about it, the response was "Well, it worked for me when I was there last week." That really doesn't help me though, does it? When I let her know I was still having troubles on day two, the response was that I should wait a little while and maybe it would come back. When I'm putting forth this amount of money for one week's stay, I expect it to be as advertised. I would not recommend, nor would I stay again.

We came to Branson to enjoy ourselves as a group of married and retired friends. This condo was absolutely fabulous! It was well decorated and had enough furniture to allow everyone to relax. We enjoyed returning to it each day after participating in Branson activities. The beds were very comfortable and an added bonus was every bedroom having its own private bathroom. The condo was perfect for us and allow us to entertain others who travelled with us but stayed in a different condo. They dubbed our condo, "The penthouse" lol. We would definitely stay in this beautiful and comfortable condo in the future.

Several things are in need of repair but it was a great place to stay. I would stay there again next time we visit Branson

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch after a fun filled day. The location was really good. Close to everything but set back in a neighborhood like feel. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Location was perfect! We were close to everything. I love being able to see the city lights from our balcony say night. The condo had every thing we needed and then some!

We were 3 older couples enjoying an extended weekend for the Christmas season. This condo had everything we needed. Nice touches of comfort like scatter rugs in the bathroom to extra pens for keeping score & coffee filters. The location was wonderful. You could take the yellow route to avoid much traffic. We loved the space & would come back for another stay.

We would definitely stay here again! The place was clean and well arranged. There were 3 bed rooms each with its own bathroom. Susan was very quick to respond to questions that we had. Thank you!

We enjoyed the condo location very much. It was enough room for 3 couples and small children to gather or retreat for naps in one of the 3 bedrooms. It was especially nice for each bedroom to have their own bathroom. We hope to return one day and will be recommending to friends & family. Thanks for letting us make great memories at your place.

There were 6 of us girls and this was the perfect size for us. The unit was very clean and nice. Very close to the strip. It was quiet as well.

The property was exactly as described and pictured. Clean, comfortable, and close to everything we wanted to do. For 7 adults, it was exactly what we needed, with comfortable beds and 3 bathrooms.

Susan was wonderful to work with and the condo was perfect for our family trip.

We had a great stay, everything we needed was provided. The beds were our only complaint, with that being said there is different comfort levels of mattress in each room. It was close to everything we needed. I would recommend to others.

This condo was fabulous! It is very clean, beautiful, comfortable, close to everything and SO well-stocked! This condo had everything! We cooked every night and there were so many extras included, like a variety of spices, coffee, and even umbrellas! Highly recommend!

The location of the Condo was perfect. Close to stores, sites but didn’t have to worry about traffic. Susan was great to work with & responded quickly to any question I had. We appreciated the extra touches Susan provided to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely rent this Condo again !! Loved Branson

This condo is in the perfect location for Branson… Close to all of the shows and attractions on the “strip” and the lights from the sunroom/balcony are gorgeous at night. Everything was clean and beautiful. We loved staying there and hope to come back in the future. Susan was the perfect host. Highly recommend this property.

This was a great place to stay. Susan was a great host. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathrooms and the special touch of having the makeup towels. The kitchen had everything that I needed and then some. I was so pleasantly surprised. The home was exactly like it was pictured and so close to everything. A special touch was her leaving us a welcome snack. Whenever I am back in Branson and need 3 bedrooms this will always be my go to spot if it is available.

Condo was super clean, and easy to get into. Perfect size for me my husband and our 6 kids. Location provided lots of back road access to avoid main traffic. Would definitely recommend!

We found the location and cleanliness of the condo to be excellent. Close to or short drive to all locations. Owner was very polite, kind and very quick to answer any questions I had! Overall a very nice condo, would diffently recommend!

This was a great condo for the whole family. All 3 bedrooms were nice and had adjoining bathrooms. The living room area allowed us to have a place to visit and it was great having a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The sunroom had a wonderful view of Branson, and the condo was conveniently located to the shows and restaurants.
