We had a great time with family. Andrew was extremely responsive.We are older and the walk was too far to the beach but our younger family members had no trouble getting there and back. For us it was a quick drive. Plenty of parking and really nice neighbors. The neighborhood is not upscale but we always felt comfortable. House was well equipped and perfect for our family get together. Asbury Park beach is beautiful we had a blast!

The house was cozy, allowing for 4 of us to cook a casual dinner and eat in comfortably. It was off season, so we were only able to appreciate the back yard during the day, but during the season, I know that we would have spent more time taking advantage of the large outdoor space grilling and sitting around the firepit later into the night, too.

So clean, so beautiful, easy check in and check out. Perfect location.

Pros: Terrific mattresses! Good/updated kitchen appliances. Good quality pots and pans provided. Kitchen basics are here (salt, pepper, some spices, selection of cooking oils). Friendly neighbors who wave/smile at you. We didn’t use any outdoor features (we were there in the winter) but the back yard is cute, and there are bikes on hand to borrow. The host is very responsive. The next door neighbor manages the property and is very nice and helpful. Bathrooms and linens were very clean. Cons: Moldy smell throughout the home. There are plug in air fresheners to mask it, but it doesn’t work. Urban location. The street is pretty busy, and there is no off street parking. Parking near the house isn’t always possible. Plan to park half a block, or farther, away. (If we had the address before booking, and looked at the location on google earth, we would not have picked this property.) Neighbor on one side plays loud music at night. Neighbor on the other side has a dog who barks a lot. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath and 1 half bath. All the spaces feel small and compressed.

Andrew's house was bright and cheerful. It was close to our event. I'm glad we had nice weather,(for November)to be able to sit outside with family.

The host has furnished this house thoughtfully and was very communicative when we had questions prior to our arrival. A five minute walk from the Asbury train station, 10 to shops and restaurants, and 20 from the boardwalk. The three Queen beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed to Cook and nice extras. The backyard is a gem with two Comfortable sitting areas and lights.

Liked this property and the location. Really easy to get into, well maintained, most things are new, owner was great. definitely recommend.

It was GREAT but The listing was wrong this was NOT ocean grove that was just Asbury Park. . The reason I did the booking is because I thought it was going to be in Ocean Grove

My sister and I brought our kids for a long weekend to attend a family reunion and hit the beach. While this is not the closest choice to the beach, it was a beautiful home with everything you need and plenty of beautiful outdoor space to spread out and enjoy the neighborhood music… lots of different music playing through the weekend. We were especially thrilled that we went up by the beach Sat night and heard a few songs from Counting Crows, who was incidentally playing at the Stone Pony. Asbury Park is a fun, vibrant town with lots of culture. We love it!!! We hope to be back.

We absolutely loved this place, we had everything we needed. The host was very attentive will definitely be returning.

Had a great experience renting from Andrew in Asbury Park. Place was so cute and decorating were so fun. House had all we need. Loved riding the bikes to the beach (needed as parking or cars was rough yesterday)

The property and owner provided everything you could want and more. After a wearisome flight, the first thing you look for is a restful welcome. This home was like a welcoming hug! The pride and caring nature is reflected in every detail Andrew put into it. Whenever I'm in the area, if this property is available, I'll certainly make my reservation!!

Great stay overall. We had everything we needed. Space is nicely renovated. Very clean. Backyard is nice! Owner thought about a lot of things and provided it to us. I would definitely go back again.

5 of us stayed to attend a baby shower in freehold. We wanted to be by the ocean between the shower and our return home. Short drive to beach . Andrew’s house was perfect . Nice backyard to sit around and chat in . Comfortable house great kitchen . We would stay there again .

The house is beautiful. We loved sitting on the back porch even though the mornings were cool. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need and then some. I would stay here again.
