Amount of rooms and washroom.

Cleaners and smell. Toilet rusty. Ceiling at washroom open. Heater Heat is not hot enough.

The best about this house is there are 5 rooms with own bathrooms. There were air conditioners and toilet in each room. There were plenty of beds and a sofa set in the top floor room. Parking was spacious that can fit 4 cars. There was a big bungalow and we stayed at B. Unit B was at the far end. The entrance was the kitchen.

The owner/management did not double check either there was keys inside the box or not. We had to wait for 15 minutes even we checked in approx. two hours late as the cleaner misplaced the keys. Sadly there was no hall for family like us to rest together or watch tv as there was no tv. There was also a bath tub but it was broken and no water supply. However, I would like to advice the owner or management to repair the house as there were a few faults which irritated us. Firstly, the corridor lamp was not working. At night we had to walk in the dark before entering the house. There was also no corridor lamps on the first floor. If there was a corridor lamp, the lamp was not working too. Secondly, there were leakings everywhere. The wall going to the kitchen was always wet whenever somebody bathed in the bathroom at the first floor. The water from the air-conditioner on the top floor made loud dripping sound on the awning roof on the 1st floor. Those who slept in the room on the 1st floor had sleepless nights. The lamps in one room on the 1st floor also not functioning very well. Only a lamp can work. The ceiling of the bathroom on the top floor was no closed properly, leaving a scary sight.

Walking distance to many eateries. The environment is peaceful. Easy check in, easy check out. Property reps were polite and courteous and responded professionally.

Didn't get to use the washing machine, there were laundry inside the machine. Appreciate if water dispenser is provided, there's none in the house.
