Great Breakfast, Thank you. Nice place and location. Value for money!

Did not avail of the breakfast as there were better options outside.
It has no elevator; Room cleaning takes forever; Aircon is loud; Pricey for what it is offering; Internet is not stable.

Convenient location. It's nearby a 7/11, a carinderia, and a 24 Chicken on the other side of the road.
The aircon is right above my head. Also I don't think the shower heater is working.

when I requested to change the beddings and they did not allow me to do so because it was already 7pm. But they fixed it on the other day.

Location to the mall and airport was great. Staff was very friendly.

It was close to the SM mall
After they took our money for the reservation we decided to do an upgrade on the room and they also took almost double for the upgrade. Then when we showed up they denied us a room because we did not have a vaccination card. Then to add insult to injury they refused to give us a refund.

Upon check-in, I noticed how amiable the front-desk is, even if it was night time. And she really meets you where you are and never skips a beat. Perhaps, her good rapport set the tone for me for the rest of my stay and it really went well. There was never a false advertising, too! What you see in the photos for single-occupancy room is really the kind you'd get. The place is clean and functional, and the restroom did not disappoint! Everything is just so clean. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a place to stay near SM Lanang Convention Center. It's also accessible to so many good places you won't worry about public transportation.
Booking thru booking.com was also a seamless experience.

Everything is okay except for issuance of receipts. If you need an OR they will not issue one and will point to booking. Booking staff does not respond also. it is just like talking to a wall!

It was a very good stay plus the fact that it convenient and affordable.... I really really love it!😍
Next time i'll go to Davao i will come back to this place. And the staff are very accomadating and friendly! It was sooo clean, i love it!
Just one thing and hope you can fix it... The heater! It was not working on the last night and my last day... Would love to take a bath with hot water. But over all i sooo love it! Thank you! Keep up the good work!😊😘💕
