Apartment was Clean. Infinity pool and water play at level 7.

The things were not well maintained. Showerhead was spraying everywhere, need replacement. Induction cooker spoilt, not working. Bed was smaller than queen size. 1 of us had to sleep on the sofa. No extra blanket or pillow given. No cleaning staff, so we had to clean the apartment ourselves. Bath area didn't have shelves to put our shower stuff, ended up placing it on the floor! Only 1 kopishop next to mosaic. Otherwise, to go anywhere, u need to grab transport. Very inconvenient if you don't drive. The only kids playground was filthy with fungus. Kids couldn't play there.

Located close to the mall. Place is generally clean and the swimming pool is great. Suitable for a family of four as it feels like a typical cosy home.

Stayed with properties managed by Nest Home and would recommend. The small details like fresh and Fluffy towels, toothbrush were provided making it feel like an aparthotel. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were prompt to respond and checking in was easy!

Location. Tight security. Master bedroom with the bathtub and nice view. Nice views from all the windows. Spacious living room. Clean and neat.

For the high price we paid due to festival season, expecting at least a token of appreciation like presenting 2 mandarin oranges in the house. Surprise that not even have 2 bottles of mineral water, a few sachets of coffee, tea or green tea. We usually get these during our stay at AbnB in Japan, Taiwan n other regions. Can do even better with a little bit of surprise/kind gesture for the guests :) to earn 10 / 10 has to go extra miles to win the hearts of the guests.

Convenient location to Midvalley. Quiet spacious property, great views. Clean apartment with all the facilities we needed - good wifi, smart TV, aircon, hot shower, fridge, washing machine. Good value

Allocated Parking was on an upper level, took a bit of time to go up and down. Lifts can be a bit slow during peak hours - but this is typical of most apartments in JB.

The apartment was clean, spacious and well maintained. It is also easy to check in and out. Host provided clear instructions for check in.

Can be slightly noisy at night for light sleepers, the master bed room was beside the road. But it didn’t really affect the stay for us.

The unit was clean and comfortable, and has fully functional kitchenette. Condo facilities were great with beautiful swimming pool and gym room. Security is also good, in and around the condo. Very near (5-10mins walking distance) to Midvalley Southkey Mall. There’s also a coffee shop just downstairs beside the condo entrance with lots of good local food. Also very near (driving distance) to Taman Sentosa area. My family really enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely recommend it. Will also be back again. 😁👍🏼

The security around the apartment is friendly and professionally diligent. The environment is quiet. The room is indeed spacious for a studio apartment.

I was very disappointed with the studio room setting, and it wasn't what I saw when I reviewed the room photos. Bed was literally sinking in when my husband and I lay down. My husband was very tired after the long drive, but no choice went out to the sofa to sleep. It was a torture night to not be able to at least have a nice bed and rest. Toilet cannot hang any towels. The toilet door is glass, so whatever the person inside the toilet is doing is as good as the open door.All seen.Luckily, my daughter went to stay nearby hotel with cousins. We are quite amazed why such a door was installed in the bathroom. What I see online is very different from what I saw last night.I only booked my overseas stays under Booking.com and was never disappointed. I'm glad I just stayed for a night. The owner asked for my review. After I have said nothing was replied. But,it's ok. Will not return again.

Location wise was near southkey mid valley. Check in was also smooth n easy. Got the 2 bedroom apartment. Living room was big .

The toilet at the common bath had a funny smell. I think it was just the building sanitary system. Mirrors had some stains and grouts on the wall. Carpark was a bit dark too.. otherwise it was okay.

The location. Not far from JB Sentral. Took me about 15 mins by Grab to reach when traffic was getting a little heavy in the evening. Walking distance to the nearby Midvalley Southkey Mall though a proper pedestrian walkway will be a good addition to the vicinity. The cleanliness. Apartment was clean. Very simplistic layout. The overall vibe of the property was really nice. End up extending another night just to enjoy it a little bit more.

Can't really find anything negative about the apartment. Maybe the lack of basic condiments for cooking? or the lack of proper pedestrian walkway to the nearby Midvalley Southkey Mall? But we wouldn't put that on the apartment owner.

Friendly guards, had a vending machine below that had food and drinks. awesome location to the mall and a small food centre nearby. Little traffic. Netflix was surprisingly useful, had good access to 24 hour food via Grab/Food Panda. Nice big bin in the kitchen was especially useful. Very good customer support; fast responsive and helpful.

Parking had to go up 6 floors which was a little irritating. no tissues provided, the floor in the bathroom is quite slippery, not enough hooks in the bathroom. You need to factor in more time (15m more) to check out due to the returning of keys, driving down etc.

Nothing.the experience were extremely bad.

1. The space had a strong sewage smell. My partner and I almost vomited upon entry. We checked in at 11pm as it was a last min decision. We booked at 9pm. At 11.30pm, we decided that we can't take it and had to leave. It was THAT BAD that we did not even bother thinking twice about leaving. Which LATER THE OWNERS SAID THAT WE SHOULD HAVE CALLED THEM INSTEAD AT 11.30pm FOR THEM TO RUN A CHECK?! Lol should they already ensure that is being done before we enter? The smell was like someone died in it or the sewage pipe broke? 2. Despite that I was very polite about it for many times, asking for a refund. Technically I was only there for 30mins yet they want to charge me full stay. Daylight/nightlight robbery? 3. They said they checked and they did not smell the smell? Like what? So our nose is damage? So you smell nothing = nothing?

The property we stayed was the most horrible that we ever stayed. Just imagine... 1. The floor which was dusty 2. A broken shower head and the host didn't even bother to replace 3. The water pressure at the shower was really low which you would finally giving up taking shower 4. Sofa that makes you feel unsafe to sit on as you feel it may break any time 5. You find stain and hair on the beds which you would ask yourself whether was it ever been replaced after last guest left We booked and paid for 2 nights and we didn't even have a second thought in finding another place to stay the next day.
