Moved to different caravan without notice. Was alcohol left on premises Food left in freezer Kitchen dusty .. Bathrooms not clean .. Boxer shots wrapper left on right side single bedroom on top wardrobe which was also left half bottle of vodka ... I had to clean all sides bathroom ect before we could unpack so Friday Eve spent clean van we had no out veranda as took auntie who can't climb stairs to well. ..so was struggling in n out.. Won at bingo but couldn't collect prize as was told need access pass for the site which was mentioned when advertised on booking.com or if that was case I'd of brought pass as like game bingo wiv the family also had teenagers so lucky I saw the alcohol first

Was upgraded due to boiler.

No TV remotes for two tvs. Had to clean the shower. The price for the passes £22 and for a child £17. The noise of the water at the lake was overwhelming. Also messaged twice about the TV with no replies was told if called would of sorted.. called all morning when leaving to ask about keys no answer. No really close to much.

Caravan was clean good location swimming pool and club house

The springs in the mattresses were uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep

Where the van was situated the facilities for our two year old it was an amazing holiday and we would like to thank the owner for a fab stay and will deffo return

Great stay and plenty of room for a family. so close to skegness you can get the bus or Taxi.

The Shower is really hot and you can't cool it down so be careful if have little children. Apart from that everything else was fine.

The passes only let you into the entertainment and swimming. I don’t think thry are value for money.

Perfect size for family. In the perfect location to visit all of skegness. The caravan has clearly been well used with some staining on the furnishings and odd cups and dishes in the kitchen, but it was clean, with nice clean bedding and was perfect for an affordable trip away. We defiantly stay again.

Was hard to find at night as we checked on late, but the staff were helpful on the phone. The beds went the not the most comfortable.
