This property was perfect for our needs, it was clean, spacious, close to everything and had super easy checkin and the easiest check out I have ever experienced in ANY rental ever. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to hopefully visiting again. Thanks!

It was very easy process to check in, he responded quickly with issues we had or questions. The neighborhood was quite and close to downtown Wilmington and the two beaches. The house wad very spacious and easy to relax in. It had a very home like experience.

The property is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and parking is easy. We spent the days at the beach and the evenings downtown. The park in the back is great for walking or running, and has several playgrounds. We would stay here again.

Great location to downtown and a straight shot to beaches. Beds were comfortable. The thoughtful breakfast treats were appreciated. Quiet neighborhood on the park. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice place to stay. The back yard leads out to the park so this was nice for the children. The area is convenient to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. We had no issues.

This house is cute and comfortable. There were amenities here that a lot of other houses don't have. The back deck overlooking the park was especially nice. This house is so close to the river walk and lots of restaurants. I would stay here again.

Myself and 2 of my best friends from high school were celebrating our 60th birthdays. We really enjoyed the house. The house was very clean and inviting. We were only minutes away from everything we wanted to do. I would def. stay at The Greenfield Gathering Place again and I will tell my friends about this house. Thank you Curt and Ada for allowing us to stay in your house. Oh, we enjoyed swinging in the back yard and we got to see an alligator in the water at the bridge. We really loved our stay.

This home was perfect for our girls trip! We were able to make so many memories that will last a lifetime. Checking in and out was super easy and the hosts were very quick with responses to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

Property is as advertised. I actually felt the pictures did not do it justice. It is a super cute house. All 4 of us were comfortable. Each bedroom had its own TV. So nice when you have two kids and 2 parents who have spent a lot of time together in a car and need to spread out and have some space. Kitchen was super nice and functional for us to make breakfast and lunch. It is an excellent place to crash after visiting friends and exploring Wilmington. When we come back this will definitely be a place we would book again! Even when there was a minor “trick” to learn on the hot water in the shower the owners were super responsive and the their maintenance man was super helpful. A very well maintained property and loved our time in the house. If we could have stayed longer we would have.

We enjoyed our stay. Owner had some issues due to previous renters and she came through with getting the house ready for us. So nice to have the park in our backyard. It's close downtown and we enjoyed attending the Azalea festival. Beds were comfortable. I used the kitchen and it was fine. Microwave had a smell like someone burned something. Enjoyed the welcome treats.

Owners are generous with much appreciated amenities. We felt at home from the very first moment. Home was spotless. Kitchen a joy to cook in. Showers excellent . Access to Greenfield Park made our stay extra special. Loved the outdoor space. Living room very comfortable. Mattress in master bedroom, is not ideal for for my husband who needs a firmer mattress to prevent back pain. Mostly very quiet area at night, for a good nights sleep. Those like myself who are sensitive to loud sounds, will be woken up with the nearby trains. On that note, owners did provide ear plugs. My Wilmington family visited us and fell in love with this home. Honestly, it’s the cleanest, nicest home, I’ve ever rented and I vacation a few times a year! Highly recommend.

We decided to come to Wilmington to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday and parents 49th Anniversary. First thing noticed when walking in the door was the cleanliness of the home. Secondly, the large kitchen. We enjoyed being able to all be in one area while preparing and eating meals. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms were clean and provided enough towels and extras for our stay. Location is close to everything which made commuting easy. Throughly enjoyed the back deck which faced Greenfield Park. Communication with the owners was very easy. They easliy accommodated us at the last minute to add an extra night to our stay. We were very pleased with our overall experience with this property and would highly recommend it to others.
