Enjoyed our stay did a weekend couples trip check it n was easy parking in the back was nice. Its carpet throughout the house needed vacuum and maybe a cleaning not nasty but normal wear . The downstairs kitchen is smaller than the upstairs kitchen but functional. My suggestion is to invest in larger pots and pans and baking sheets . One of the pans was burnt up and the others small not functional for large groups or families cooking collectively. Maybe add few more kitchen gadgets like a mixer for cake mix no large bowls . I went to a family dollar and got baking pans but overall loved our stay would definitely return my group enjoyed the home also

In town for a wedding. Large comfortable house. Nice neighborhood and a convenient location. I would suggest a larger dining table and definitely a table downstairs.

Booked both sides of Duplex for our 15 family members bc we needed the 10 bedrooms and double kitchens. When we arrived, there was a family on one side who stated they also made their reservation on VRBO. After several phone calls and messages, finally got a call back from VRBO. Spoke with a gentlemen named Ryan who took full responsibility on behalf of VRBO. After some discussion, Ryan and I eventually came to a resolution that my family and I were comfortable with. Other than half the space, the rental property was everything stated. I wish it was easier to go between that two sides easier than it looked. Unfortunately, this situation made me cautious about going through VRBO in the future and I will like never book through them again.

This is great for large family groups. We had top and bottom duplexes. We had 4 families, a total of 18 people and had an abundance of bedrooms. The property was clean, it had a parking lot in back, so you do not have to park on the street
