The price was half of the other options nearby. Clean No water saver shower heads here! Plenty of hot water at a flow rate not seen since you were a kid 😅.

Not really a negative, but this is an old motel that will remind you of the 1970-80's 😁. Old fashion real key on a key ring with the room number on it, not an electronic card. And the plumbing fixtures look like they're from 1960! The room did smell like it had been smoked in, but to be fair I had forgotten to ask for a smoke free room. However, there were no ashtrays indicating it was a smoker room.

Very friendly and helpful staff. One woman went out of her way to help me. Bathroom was small, but the shower was outstanding and it was a hot weekend, so I really appreciated that.

I don’t need a lot of space, but my room here was almost TOO small. No place to hang clothes or place a suitcase. Would be nice to have a sign visible on Broadway so visitors can find the hotel more easily.

I was traveling alone for the CWS. The prices of hotels in the area where very high. The price of this hotel was bearable. But you get what you pay for. Nice people running the place. Not much of breakfast, but I didn't book it for the food. Very easy to get to Omaha CWS area. Not a fancy hotel, but clean, safe and convenient.

Very small rooms. Basically a bed and a bathroom with a shower..Didn't even have a place to hang my shirts..Price was high for what you get, but considering cost of of other places during the CWS, it was reasonable.

We were woken up by a call at 3 AM from the front desk wanting to know if our heater was working. The cash deposit was weird. It would have been fine had we paid $50 for this room. I would have "gotten what I paid for". But we paid over $100. Everything in the room was super old and beat up. The bathroom was pretty gross. Toilet and sink ran all night. I don't know if all the paint had rubbed off the toilet seat or if it was splattered with something unholy. I hope they're renovating and we just got stuck with a non-renovated room. But they should price those rooms accordingly.
