Our stay was wonderful the place was super clean and beautifully decorated. The location fit our needs perfectly. Would book again the communication with the host was great as well. 10/10.

Excellent home to stay in while in St Louis. Plenty of bedrooms/beds, TV’s, nice shower, large table for eating, ping pong downstairs. Would recommend bringing outdoor folding chairs to sit outside on the 3rd floor patio. Schnucks grocery store is literally half a block away. Very easy check in/out process and excellent communication with those renting the property. Worth the price and would stay again!

We enjoyed the house. We had 9 people for a Girl Scout trip. It was perfect for us and we loved that we had a table big enough for us to eat together.
Our only issues were
1. The wifi not working - they sent someone out and fixed it.
2. The keypad on door to the garage did not work. They offered to send someone out.
3. Kitchen was not stocked with cookie sheets, skillets or drink pitchers.
4. We were not advised the yard crew was coming so we were startled when we first noticed a man walking around the back yard. But they were quick and did not hinder our stay. It would have been nice to be advised.

House was perfect for our large family. Nice convenience to everyplace we were going.

We took a vacation with family. They came from Mississippi and we came from South Dakota. The house was about to for all 14 of us easily. The accommodations were good, the neighborhood was good. The Schnucks grocery store right next door and the Walgreens basically across the street were wonderful!!
My complaints are that while there are 2 nice outdoor spaces, you can't really enjoy them because there is no outdoor furniture whatsoever. The younger kids could run around the backyard but the parents didn't have a place to sit and watch them. We had to go purchase cheap chairs so we could enjoy those spaces. The lower level that had the ping pong table had no seating either. There was plenty of space to have some but there wasn't any. We tried to have a ping pong tournament but since no one could sit and watch, everyone lost interest.
Overall the space was great and we all felt like we had plenty of room to spread out.

In town for a funeral, we needed a last-minute rental for our 2 families. The manager was very responsive and via text which is so much easier than through email or the app. The property was very well decorated and appointment. We didn’t lack for anything! Parking on the street was easy and if we need a rental in St. Louis in the future we will hope to return here!

The home was beautiful and perfect for my family to spend Christmas in one home. I loved how spacious the home was and the 2 car garage was perfect too. Thank you for helping me and my family have a wonderful Christmas.
Oh, my daughter suggested that you should get a game table that converts from ping pong to pool! I would definitely recommend your property to family & friends!!!

Great place to stay with your family. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in CWE. The house is classic and yet updated. It is on a cute little street but the other side of the dead end is a bit dodgy (the Schnucks had a security guard out front). There is a lot of foot traffic walking by the house. The location is very convenient. Right around the corner from the Zoo (free except parking is $15) and the airport.
The hosts were very responsive. We had an issue with a bed that was fixed within a couple hours. The kitchen was very well stocked and the rooms were cozy. We did not use the trundle beds, but all of the others were comfy.
Price was well worth the stay and it was great as we could get it last minute!

Wonderful house in central location for access to Arch and downtown area to airport to Trader Joe’s for groceries( though Schnucks next door). We even had time before flying to catch amazing Chihuly exhibit at the Botanical Gardens just 10 minutes away! Highly recommend

We gathered as a family to celebrate a momentous birthday and enjoyed our stay - there was plenty of space for the 12 of us, kids loved the ping pong table and the dining room area sat us comfortably. The grocery store was a short walk and the neighborhood was quiet. Highly recommend for a family get-together!

The house was perfect for our group. We had room to spread out with all the bedrooms and then come back together at the big dining room table. Convenience to local restaurants and stores was a huge plus as well.

Stay was nice, simple, and sweet.
Highlights: We arrived early due to travel and avoiding storms. Texting the hosts was quick and easy for them to allow us to open up the door to get in early.
House was in perfect condition and quick and easy to grab the garage door openers and park the car out back.
We loved the large kitchen table to play cards and the layout of the bedrooms was perfect for our group of 5 adults.
Easy to grab some food and groceries just down the block and access into the Central West End was also very easy.
Great place to stay.

We are a fairly large group of college students with an instructor. We enjoyed the stay, walked to the grocery store each morning, made meals in the Ivey kitchen and slept well in the comfy beds. Check in and out was easy and we really appreciated how courteous everyone was. Great stay. Highly recommend this property.

This house was so cute and the furniture was really comfortable! It was a great location and the neighborhood felt safe. It was right next to a grocery store and other restaurants, which was really nice. The only suggestion I would have is for more kitchen supplies (there were no washcloths or towels for the kitchen, and limited cooking supplies. Recommend stocking with coffee as well, as there was only decaf Folgers.) Overall, the property was great and I would definitely rent again!

Perfect place for all our needs. Everything was perfect.

Easy booking and communication process from start to finish. Older, spacious home made nice with renovations. Plenty of room throughout the house, located in a quiet neighborhood. Walkable to Basilica Cathedral and while not in the heart of the Central West End, it’s a stones throw to the grocery and a seemingly safe area. Easy drive access to all of the local St. Louis attractions. Made for a perfect long weekend getaway with family!

My friends and I stayed here in October and had a lovely time. The property managers were very responsive, even bringing us towels mid-day so we could all shower :)
The home was built in the late 1800s/early 1900s based on the quaint characteristics, but has been updated with modern amenities. It was super close the grocery store and easy to access from the airport.
Outdoor space was available, but there is no furniture; and the listing shows a basement with ping pong, but that was locked during our stay.
My only concern with the property is the bed situation. There are 8 beds, but it does not sleep 14 adults - 4 twins, 4 Q/K is only 12 adults. There is an air mattress, but our 13th person chose the couch instead. Keep that in mind if you have a lot of adults. Also, there is no bathroom on the 3rd floor, so the 6+ people on the 6th floor will need to go down a flight of stairs for midnight bathroom breaks!
Overall, the property is in great condition and had all the amenities we could need. I would just reccomend asking some additional questions specific to your party size before you book.

This property is fantastic - beautiful, clean, big and well-appointed. Charming neighborhood close to restaurants and shops and within walking distance to a grocery store.
My family of four stayed with two other families while in town for a soccer tournament. Everyone had a bed and plenty of room. Bedrooms are on the second and third floors which was really nice. We had adults on one floor and kids on the top.
It's also easily driveable to The Arch and other attractions like the City Museum. We would definitely stay here again!

This beautiful property was perfect for our multi-family vacation. The proximity to the grocery store was an added bonus as was walking distance to the gorgeous Cathedral Basilica. The property managers were very responsive when we needed to contact them.

Large house- great for lots of people
We stayed at this house for a long weekend. There were seven adults. We had plenty of space - downstairs contains a large living room with two large couches, big screen TV, lots of games, a large dining room with an amazingly long dining room table with 12 chairs. The dining room was also open to the kitchen which had a wonderful island, great appliances and lots of things well-stocked in the cupboards. The kitchen opened up to the backyard, which was fenced in. There’s also a half bath located downstairs.
There is a basement in this house which looks to be like they are working on finishing it. Quite a bit a room down there, there is a ping pong table which was fun.
Up on the second floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a king bed. One bedroom contains an en suite bathroom. That bathroom had a double sink, a large tub, and a shower. Also on the second story was another bathroom that was shared between the other two bedrooms.
Up to the third-floor, there is access to an outdoor deck that overlooks the backyard. That level also had two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with two twin trundle beds. This bedroom with the twin beds was huge. There is no bathroom located on the third floor.
There is a small front porch which was nice to sit on. This house does not have any outdoor furniture so if you wish to spend any time outside, it might be helpful to bring along some lawn chairs.
The house is located in the central west end which is a really nice part of St. Louis. It is located on a dead-end street which minimized the traffic. We did have quite a few people walking back and forth down the sidewalk as there is a Schnucks grocery extremely close. No one ever bothered us. It was nice to be that close to the grocery to run there for any necessities needed. The neighborhood felt very safe.
The house is close in proximity to many St. Louis attractions. Everything we wanted to do was anywhere between 10 to 20 minutes away.
The property managers were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and were very responsive when we needed anything.
There is a little bit of a price tag attached to this house, but it does sleep up to 14 people and there are four stories and lots of space to spread out. The location was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, great house
We stayed the weekend to attend a Cards-Cubs game. There were 12 of us, cousins and spouses, almost all late 50s to 60s. This house was really great. We especially appreciated the large dining room, which is where we hung out most of the time. Close proximity to lots of good (if slightly pricy) restaurants. Easy to Uber to the game. The house was really clean, very comfortable beds, great communication.
