Comfortable room with a view on the waterfall and hills with tea. Nice bathroom with hot water and a bed with blanket for the colder nights. Sam was such a great host! He did everything to make it a nice stay. He arranged a taxi for us to Horton Plains and when we forgot some personal belongings he even asked the bus driver from Nuwara Eliya to Ella to take it with him on the bus so we could collect it in Ella!

Everything was perfect with the place and staff.very nice & clean place. Highly recommend!

The place is a bit outside of the city centre, but close to the Nanuoya train station and the tea plantations which makes it nice and quiet at night,  so you can have a good nights rest. The food was very good and there is a good restaurant, The best thing about silver falls is the host Sam though. He is very kind and caring, greeted us with tea and helped us plan our time in Nuwara Eliya. He always has a smile on his face and we learned a lot about the Sri Lankan culture from him.

Hi, this is the best place for backpackers. Nice, clean and comfort room. Big bathroom with hot shower. Good quiet locations with nice view.But main reason for stay is owner, he is the best man in sri lanka. Very kind, funny and helpful. He help you with plan for your trip and cook very tasty food for good price. There is also room for all, where you can meet and talk with other travelers. I felt at home here. Thank you for all.

Romantic room in the Tea Fields Perfect location, wonderful host, & AMAZING FOOD. Get the cheese kottu or you are missing out. Sam even let us stay an extra night even though he was due to leave that day. You can have breakfast in the front yard surrounded by views of the tea fields and if it's clear you can even see the waterfall. Sam has very good food prices and he even helps you figure out what buses you need for exploring. Also, all the travelers staying here was super kind and social. First place we stayed in Sri Lanka that we met & explored with other travelers

Value for money good and friendly staff in hear , all facility are average, ithink need to improve their provided facility, average location condition becaus this hotel front in the main rood so vehicle sound very disturbing but front view is ok ,

Not working Hot water some time ,no electricity hetar or other in room very cool And not acceptable theirs meal ,not working TV or other entertainment equipment

Such a wonderful place to relax. The staff and the service was owesome. Food is delicious. We had a candle light dinner, a romantic night to spent. Views are good too. Clean and safe from every aspect you could imagine. Definitely will come back.

Nuwara Eliya is one of the most beautiful places in Srilanka. Cold and chilling. Beautiful scenery and amazing weather. The hotel is located a bit far from the city but it is worth the stay. Great hospitality and good food. Clean and big rooms. Highly recommeded.

We had a great time at the Silver Falls. The bed is totally cosy and there are enough blankets in case it gets a bit colder. The breakfast was delicious and really sufficient, The staff is really helpful,we highly recommended.
