We loved our stay at Cali Coop! The floorplan and design of the space was spot-on. Quality finishes, appliances, cabinetry, bathroom fixtures...every detail was attended to! The mattress and pillows were devine as well as the linens. We enjoyed reading in the front courtyard which featured beautiful succulents and flowers. The space was very quiet, we never heard the young family upstairs once. The neighborhood was beautiful and well-cared for. The location was perfect for us to walk to the Funk Zone or over to the beach. Parking was never a problem, we always found a spot directly in front of the building. This beautiful property made our visit to Santa Barbara complete!!!

The spot is lovely, location great, amenities as described. There is parking too. Very gracious. However, due to an emergency medical issue 10 or so days before, I had to shorten my trip by a week. I tried to get a refund or credit for the second week but the owner wasn’t willing to give any refund or credit for week not used. Read the fine print. No refunds for any reason!!!

We absolutely loved staying at the Cali Coop! Perfect space in the perfect location. The furniture was beautiful and also incredibly comfortable, and we loved the book that the owners had made of their little home reno! Such an impressive amount of work, and it shows. I couldn't imagine a better spot. We would love to come back!

Fantastic location. Quiet, residential area but still only a short walk to restaurants and the beach. The unit was comfortable and generally clean. There were some yucky left-over items in the fridge, a moldy squeegee in the front shower, and a pair of infant shorts on the counter for some reason, but it was otherwise clean. Unit is snowing a bit of wear, which is normal for a short-term rental, and the windows/screens are in need of replacement, but they caused us no issues other than being unsightly when we opened the shades. We could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around from time to time, but it wasn’t bothersome at all, and we slept great. The bed is super comfy, and the A/C works like a dream. Our one recommendation would be to add the location of the washer/dryer to the welcome email :-) Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great week in Santa Barbara at Cali Coop. The condo is clean, comfortable, modern and well located. We did not use our car during our entire visit as we were able to walk everywhere. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute home, loved the decor, and sitting in the living room with the front door open to the porch garden. Walking distance to restaurants…loved Finney’s and Santo Mezcal!

Can't beat the location of this flat. It's close to the beach and State Street and Funk Zone, with restaurants and shopping. And the flat is very lovely and clean. Back yard is very cozy and quiet. A little hiccup with the check-in, but the property manager was very responsive and took care of things (and beyond) asap. We hope to come back and stay here again.

The property was very clean and updated! Check in was easy - Hannah met us at the house and gave us a quick tour (she was great!!). However, the bed/pillows were probably the most uncomfortable we have ever slept in at an Airbnb. Considered ordering pillows on amazon prime for one night as it was that bad. We also kept finding a lot of tiny spiders but I think that was just the area and a factor of the recent rains. If you come prepared with those two things in mind, 10/10 for everything else!!

Cali Coop was a great place for our long weekend in Santa Barbara. Its location is perfect access for the beach, mariina, Funk Zone and Jeannine's, our favorite breakfast spot. The decor is current and comfortable. The outside courtyard and grill is a private space to enjoy the wonderful weather. The bed was comfortable and the management was responsive to our needs.

The location was nice, decor was lovely, easy to check in and check out. The garbage was full when we arrived. But, other than that, the place was very nice. Bathrooms were lovely and clean.

Very nice rental property!! We will definitely stay here again!

The property has everything needed for a great stay in Santa Barbara. Walking distance to Funk zone and ocean. Nicely appointed space, quiet, charming area close to the fun!

My husband and I spent the month of February at Cali Coop in Santa Barbara, CA. We were very happy with our unit, location and neighborhood. We are from Minnesota so it was definitely a wonderful change from the MN weather. All in all I give it 5 Stars1

We absolutely loved this property! Beautiful inside (like the pictures show!) and awesome location. Very quiet too! It was absolutely perfect for us. We will be back!

Perfect spot for me to connect with my UCSB freshman, she slept on the sofa bed and loved having her own bathroom. The space is luxurious, with comfortable beds and fully updated bathrooms and kitchen. I really appreciated every detail including all the dimmers and the back lit cabinets! We prepared most meals there and enjoyed early morning walks/runs along the beach!

This 1 bedroom, 2 bath property is a charming “home away from home” in the heart of Santa Barbara! We could walk to the Funk Zone for wine tasting & restaurants & State Street & other areas of interest were only a short drive away. Quiet neighborhood and clean house with several upgrades.

Enjoyed staying at this property, short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Cute courtyard with a firepit and grill.

The unit was exactly as pictured. It’s grounds were very charming & picturesque. I got a hello email from the management company telling me to refer to the welcome email for all check in procedures but I got the hello email first, then the welcome email hours later so it was slightly confusing. Upon arrival we were supposed to have a parking permit so we could park on the street but it was missing. When I tried calling & texting the “need assistance” number I didn’t hear back for almost 24 hours. If you are affraid of spiders this unit is DEFINITELY NOT FOR YOU! Our unit was inundated with baby hopping spiders. I lost track of how many I killed on a daily basis. With any luck the management company will hire a service to spray for spiders on a regular basis. Overall the unit was clean (minus the spiders) and looked exactly like the pictures, and the location was phenomenal. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, centrally located place as long as you don’t have arachnophobia.

The shared patio oasis in the back was so relaxing! I highly recommend spending 1 evening with the gas fire-pit and drinks in the back- Such a beautiful and relaxing space! Further, State street and the beach are just an easy stroll away too!
