It was a historic property.

It is located in a “college community” area and the street was quite busy. The apartment was a bit dark…not quite a basement apartment- but a downstairs level. We found that circulation of air in the apartment was poor- even when we opened the doors. There was a small window unit AC that did not put out any cold air. So the apartment was both uncomfortable. At times it felt musty. I contacted the owner to say we were not able to stay for the second night of the two nights we had books. I didn’t ask for a refund; she did offer other accommodations for the second night. We chose not to stay and returned home from a trip to help with a medical emergency.

Location was Excellent!! Lovely neighborhood. Close to downtown, Historic attractions, Restaurants. Very comfortable apartment. Angie was most accommodating.

I had trouble getting a signal with my phone it seemed to work best in the bedroom. But Angie provided an internet link I could have used I just chose not to.

Very quant everything was great. House was lovely and comfortable. Definitely worth the price.

May have to be careful if someone upstairs is using hot water. Let landlord know and she said no one had told her so I am sure it will be addressed. She was really glad I told her.

The apartment is spacious and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The host was always available and nice and even left drinks in the refrigerator.

Location

Musty smell, uncomfortable furniture, no ambient lighting anywhere. Just harsh ceiling lights which added to the cold nature. I had to ask for the apt to be heated every day. Had to empty the dehumidifier, which wasn’t working when I got there, 3 times! Overpriced!

Hostess checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed, left some drinks, and recommended a nearby restaurant. Much appreciated!

Parking was on the street but we didn't have any issues

The location was accurate, and all listed features were well received. Was a total surprise to find a full kitchen, utensils, and other items not expected which was a bonus.

The only thing I would improve is having wifi readily availability vs. having to be sent. Not a big deal!
