La ubicación

Te exigen un depósito que SOLO te lo devuelven en cash. Si es tu último día en el país y tienes que dejar el hotel a primera hora, ese dinero no puedes utilizarlo, solo cambiarlo en el aeropuerto, y eso supone perder dinero. Al final la habitación te sale más cara!!!!

It's an okay one-night location after a very late flight because of its convenient location just by KL Sentral and KLIA Express station, but not really for any longer

The room was tiny, without windows and hence also didn't smell great. In general the hotel felt like it could use some upkeep. That said, it's fine if you're only there for one night before or after your flight

well located

Nothing, only the position, near the metro station.

Dirty sheets, pillows, and furniture. Some unclear stains and hairs on the sheet bed. No power plugs close to the bed to charge the phone. After asking to change the room they said that the hotel was full and asked for changing the sheets and pillows but only a pillow changed and nothing else. We booked two days but the second day we left. We asked to refund the second night but nothing to do. Please avoid this hotel. 床单、枕头和家具都很脏。 床单上有一些不清晰的污渍和头发。 在床单两边没有插座可以充电。 要求换房间后说酒店已经满了，要求换床单和枕头，但只换了一个枕头，其他都也没有换。 我们订了两天，但第二天我们就离开了。 我们要求第二天退款但没办法，不接受。 请避开这家酒店。

Location and the environment

They have a poster on the wall behind the reception counter which says "Customers are King, so don't bargain" and another one which says something like the hotel's attitude and service to you is based on how you act.

The location is very good, just walking distance from malls and train stations. Food is abundance nearby. The room and bedsheet is clean, pillows and bed are also soft.

The TV channels were very limited, and not clear vision as well. This need to be improved! The sound proofing can be improve as well, the noise from outside can be clearly heard even past midnight.

The location of the hotel is just opposite Nu Sentral and KL Sentral, very convenient to get around.

The bathroom can be improved. The bidet pipe was leaking.
