This was by far the best Vrbo experience I’ve had to-date. The listing was spot on, management was responsive and transparent, the place was clean and the pool was warm. Location was great - just 10-15 minutes drive to most everything. Also, the pool is fenced, which was great for our peace of mind with little kids. The check-in/check-out process was seamless and easy. Specifically the check-out process is on-par with leaving a hotel. You don’t have to do anything. We will definitely stay at this place again if it’s available on our next trip to Phoenix.

The property is very clean. The layout inside and out is wonderful for a couple or large family. The beds are very comfy, bed linen super soft, pillows fluffy and new. Bath gel, shampoo and conditioner provided is nice quality (not generic). The outdoor casita is very nice and private. The bed, kitchen and bath are beautiful. Not sure about AC. Pool is large and very clean. They have a pest control company spray outdoors. Lots of games etc. However, the property is run down and not cared for 100%. Examples: towel racks falling off the wall, mirrors scraping the wall, refrigerator has broken compartments, lots of lightbulbs out, outdoor fireplace jets never got above 1 inch-they need cleaning, screen door handle falling off so they used a 2 inch screw to hold it on (huge deal if it tears your skin), the list goes on. The living room furniture is very old and has lost it's stuffing. It's a nice property but it needs some TLC that only an owner can give. We never got the pool heated, Lance responded a couple of times then he ghosted me. I would have loved to swim, the pool is large and very clean. This was one of the reasons we chose this property. Very disappointed in lack of follow up to take care of it. The property is also in a very old neighborhood, not much to look at, a little sketchy. It has a huge electrical pole and transformer in the back corner of the yard-not a great view. Knowing all of this I would stay here again, I would just adjust my expectations a little bit.

We had a great time! Lance and Dana were very responsive and helpful! It was about a 10 min drive to all the restaurants we went to in old town, but the grocery store, gas station, etc were all within minutes. There was a gate around the pool, not shown on the pictures. Must be an ordinance thing! Still loved using the pool and the outdoor area. Everything was really clean and we were impressed they provided nice shampoo, plenty of dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a few other things past rentals have not! Would recommend!

It was a perfect retreat for our family of eight. Great accommodations.

We had an amazing stay. It was very spacious. A lot of room for sleeping. Outdoor space was AWESOME! Very clean and stocked perfectly. Host responded immediately if we had any questions. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Scottsdale and would definitely come back.

House is very nice and clean, easy to check in, host is responsive and really nice. Great place to stay.

I stayed here with a group of friends and we enjoyed it. The pool was definitely our favorite part. The separate room was too warm to use, but Lance was super flexible.

The house was clean, and well-stocked, great location, and excellent communication with the host! They could assist us almost immediately with any minor issues or questions we had. If you're looking for a house near activities in Old Town Scottsdale this is the house for you! We had a group of girls between the ages of 21 and 26 and all had the best time!

Backyard was beautiful and pool was wonderful and heated so we enjoyed our time. House was generally clean however walls and cupboards were a bit dirty. We were missing a few amenities that would have made travelling and staying a bit easier such as hangars in the bedroom. Overall a really nice house and communication with the owner was great. He always responded really quickly. We were a large group and the house was comfortable for all of us.

The house was a perfect setup for a friends trip! Lance was an awesome host and was easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot to hang at the pool and enjoy Scottsdale!

House had everything you need to stay comfortably. We had 14 adults and all slept just fine. Just a short drive to Old Town. Neighborhood was quiet. Lance was a great host and always responded within minutes to any concerns or questions I had.

Location was perfect to get where we needed to go for golf, nightlife and food. The home was clean and had more than enough places to sleep. I would definitely return.

This house has all the amenities and has been completely updated inside. Beds were comfortable, house was clean and fully stocked with necessities. The neighborhood felt safe but it is a little dated. The backyard and pool was very comfortable.

Excellent property! Well appointed! Best stocked kitchen we have experienced yet! Beautiful house and gorgeous pool and yard with yard games for all! 6 of us from 12 to 80. Had a ball!! Thanks for everything! Well done!!

The place was perfect! We were running around Scottsdale, Phoenix and Tempe and it was easy to get to everywhere from the home. It was a quiet neighborhood and the home was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again if we needed a spot in the area!

We were able to get an early check in and a late check out which was nice! The neighborhood seemed very unsafe and not a good area, the trash cans were in an alley with trash ALL OVER the floor, the pool had no lights so the kids had to swim in the dark, we had to clean all the dirt and debris out of the pool when we got there, the water pressure was nonexistent in the casita. There was red solo cups left in one of the rooms and there was no way to light the fire place. the price did not match the experience, but we made the best of it it for our daughters 13th birthday

My family and I didn't want to leave! Exactly what we all needed.

Super easy going with the manager of this property, clean house and good setup for people to stay at. Couldn’t have got a better spot. If this isn’t booked and you’re debating about different properties take my word and go with this one.

The home was very well kept and cool when we entered. Pool area was really nice. We would come back for a longer stay in the future
