ห้องอาบน้ำแบบเปิดถึงจะมีไม้ไผ่มากั้นแต่ก็ยังเปิดเกินไปอยากให้ปิดรอบๆเปิดแค่ด้านบนของห้องอาบน้ำพอ ทุกอย่างโอเค แต่ขนาดการบำรุงรักษามากๆๆ โซนที่ไปอยุ่เปิดได้ปีเดียว แต่เสื่อมไปมาก ประตูติดขัดเวลาเปิดปิด ไฟรอบเตนท์พังบ้างไม่มีหลอดบ้างเปิดได้บ้าง ส่วนที่ใสๆของโดม ก็ตือขุ่นมองออกมาไม่เห็น.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. On the second day, we informed the staff of 4 items of equipment not working. They did their best, but it seemed the maintenance staff were over worked. They mentioned they did not have time to get all the work finished. They had to come 3 times to get the TV working. They tried their best see my next comment.

Stayed for two nights, in unit C3. The room is poorly maintained. TV doesn't work, already fixed once by replacing the remote batteries, and then doesn't work again. Hot water system doesn't work. Shower head holder broken clearly since a long time. Water doesn't drain properly in the hand basin. Tap at the hand basin has its filter head missing, and distributes water in the hand basin but also pours water at the back of the vanity unit making it unusable. Check-in was not smooth and we were taken to the room by a person who knew nothing about how things operate. He took us to the room and left immediately. We called and asked how to connect the WiFi and another person came, he was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very average. We declined to order breakfast the second day. Considering the room cost 6,000+ Baht per night, it is not good value for the money. My opinion is the hotel could be very good, but it needs a serious and proper management, a proper maintenance program and to implement a proper quality control, so that when guests enter the rooms everything works as it should from the beginning. They did fix 3 of the 4 items not working but in general the maintenance level was not up to standard.

air conditioner very useless, can't help at all.

Hotel staff was friendly.

Entrance key of our room and zipper of partition was completely broken so these problems should checked it in advance before customer check in. Inside the our room was not so clean. Water of the private pool wasn’t clean.

The atmosphere of the hotel is quite good.

Breakfast is too little compared with the price of accommodation. And the air pump is quite noisy.
