Tiện nghi ổn Nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình

Mình đặt phòng này vì gần chỗ đi tiệc nhưng bạn quản lý bảo do sơ suất của nhân viên nên hết phòng và đề nghị sang cơ sở bên khu phố cổ xa nơi mình cần đến. Mình yêu cầu hỗ trợ grab phát sinh lúc khuya về do thay đổi địa điểm, hoặc lúc check in xong thì đưa mình từ cơ sở mới sang địa điểm tiệc bằng xe bạn nhân viên nhưng quản lý đều từ chối, nên mình phải xách túi đồ đi hẳn đến tiệc mà không kịp check in thay đồ trước. Vậy là lỗi do nơi lưu trú và bắt khách phải chịu.

Great location and great value for money.

It's a bit inconvenient to get in and out, but there are no other problems. It's a high-quality choice and the accommodation environment is very good

it had an elevator. we were able to check in early even though we booked late.

the elevator dinged all night, there was construction noise starts before 7pm, Grab gives a different address 0.5kms away which is difficult to find when walking. there were no quilts, bath mats or hand towels. One room we checked into hadn’t been cleaned yet; they did clean it but not very well as there were marks in the toilet, used toiletries in the basket and rubbish from previous guests in drawers. When checking in, they took screenshots of our booking.com booking in AUD and tried to charge us 600VND for one room when booking.com said 800VND for two rooms, and didn’t have a working eftpos machine and had to go get one.

Stayed there for 2nd time and it is a great place indeed. Reality is as good as photos👌🏻
